Exploring Bishop, CA: Hot Springs, Lakes & Ancient Bristlecones

This video shows you how to explore Bishop and the surrounding areas over a weekend. I drove up on a Friday and drove home on a Sunday, during which time I did the following stops:

Thanks for showing my old time backyard I grew up at old time Bishop Ca alot has changed since I grew up their in Ca. I remember the schats backery I grew up around the schats and worked for them to and so did my aunt back in the eighties. Their very nice people

Hey dude!....love the channel. Watched a lot of your videos. If you make it back through Bishop, check out Lake Sabrina, THE PIE at the bait shop at the lake, and then hike to Blue Lake!...great fishing, and insanely beautiful. A good 3.5-4 mike hike with 1500ft in elevation gain. Also, don’t forget The Burger Barn on the way back!.....and did you get a mule kick sandwich at Schaats?
