I heard that ArrowHead said that the Commando taking out fabricators from any angle is a bug and will be patched. I haven’t seen the sauce so I’m not certain. I really hope it’s intentional
If so…. They really don’t get their own gun meta.everything should have a strength, and that IS the only thing that commando has over eat other than double the shots and laser guided. It will become a never use F tier weapon if they “fix” it.
Why didn’t you use an image of Schwarzenegger in the Movie “commando” where he is holding this actual weapon, rather than an image of Predator in the thumbnail? It’s not a big deal, but it is maddening to me.
You don’t need to aim at vents for tanks or turrets. Aiming at the base/rotating part itself works with the same amount of shots. Just don’t aim at their actual cannons, I don’t know if that works
@MacBeth55555 Yeah unfortunate, but I still use a big majority of the weapons mentioned in the guide. Still using the Incendiary Breaker, Grenade Pistol, Commando and more 🫡
When fighting the bugs, I like using the Guard Dog Rover in my backpack space to clear up all the small enemies. I personally don't use a backpack slot when facing the bots as I prefer a sentry, but it's a personal preference 🫡
IF you wanna use a backpack for bots, I'd go with the supply pack. The plasma punisher consumes a lot of ammo, and you're going to be spamming grenades and stims. So either you'll be calling resupplies all the time, or get that pack (or find it in some light bases...)
Your build on bot are weak against gunships in my opinion. You need depend on your teammate to deal with them. Commando is not great solution for them. With commando or EAT I suggest take also E/MG-101 HMG Emplacement.
Very true, I ran this similar load out for a few weeks now. To compensate i run the commando along with the spear and it's very effective. I only call in the spear the moment I see engaged gunships but commando for primary fabricator & heavy bot clear.
@wkbdgeorge I find running ahead and deploying it in the centre of medium and large nests and bases to be best strategy as it's either over by the time your squad gets there or they can see its still active when approaching the objective 🫡
Oh it's SO good! You can drop it on a breach/bot drop and just walk away. Full counter! And the cool down for enemy reinforcements is almost the same timer!
It's probably because your playing with lower level i.e. less experienced helldivers. I literally witnessed 3 below lvl 10 teammates running INTO the 380mm. Once you get to the higher lvl 50 helldivers and above everyone knows to stay away from the 380mm.
I do charger killer with flame thrower cover my mate who hunt bile titans..love this gane after 540 hours of play.waiting for new update and see all veterans back again

If it's not intentional, then they accidentally made a weapon that hit the sweet-spot of effectiveness without being a must-have.

I'll be honest, I preferred that image and I'm not a big fan of the Commando movie but I like the Predator franchise aha 😂

Jetpack is goated for moving fast and escaping hairy situations, specially with light armor as you jump further

Remember to be 60 meters from the center of this, so you will not die from it.
