Yea, watching him on Conan... He's not really showing signs of brain damage. Jimmy just thought he might be, and that he might be a little dull. You can literally see the flame in Mike's eyes as soon as Jimmy starts talking to him like that. He was PISSED. It's why he was quiet. It's the look of "Don't talk to me like I'm stupid....". But, he was invited onto the show, so he remained quiet, calm, and collected.
