In GTA IV, Bulgerin was the one from Europe that claimed Niko owed him money because of something that went wrong and he joined up with Dimitri.

I know it isn't intuitive for modern let's players, but during that long wait between the missions was a good opportunity to experience the main intention of the game. Which is to sandbox and do random stuff for fun, like blowing stuff up, shooting cops and running over peds. Yes, it is playing like a psychopath and disconnected from the story but that's the heart of the GTA experience since it's inception. And it'd be strange if you went through the whole series without experiencing it!
Yeah. Too many players nowadays are thinking about the destination and forgetting about the journey. And with GTA part of that journey is getting into pointless crime sprees and shootouts just because.
I'm pretty sure at least 60% of my time in Vice City and San Andreas was spent blowing up cars and starting fires.
Another 30% was spent as a firefighter, a paramedic, and a cab driver. I'm sure that says something about me but I don't know what.
Lite your flying skills are getting so good! The hardest part is jumping out and remember to pull the Parachute! Lol 🤗
Pro tip: Left and Right bumpers (LB RB) turns the chopper immediately. Pulling down on the left stick slows it. Turning the chopper with the joystick instead of the bumpers (LB RB) is what makes it hard to steer

Quick tip on helicopters, if you need to go backwards don't bother turning just tilt the chopper in the opposite way of when you try to go forward

When you jumped out of the helicopter in that first time, I think the chopper had slightly moved out of the area, so the game disabled the parachute and directed you back to the jump zone just as Luis had opened the door 😅 It was a fraction of second and bad luck really

You must keep going to the AmmuNation run by that slope in ChinaTown on Manhattan IsLand. Only he ever makes those kinds of jokes. Both the AmmuNation clerks in Brocklyn or Port Tudor-Pike-Creek Tunnel between Tudor in EsSex County and Elizabeth in Unity County in New Guernsey never make those kinds of jokes.
