I went to Bob's church.. a small rented room behind a pizza delivery service.. cameras were set up in this small 30 by 30 foot "church", and guess what? This man wasn't there.. a skinnier, shorter, guy was there.. I visited with him for about 20 minutes before service.. it wasn't Elvis.. however, I believe, this man is.. they pulled the old switch a roo, as Bob Joyce isn't Elvis..

As a Believer who really got into studying the Word a few years back, and as a fellow musician, it was depressing to find how few that have fame and fortune keep their walk with Jesus Christ. I been trying to sound like Elvis my entire life and I'm now 48. I used to listen to Elvis relentlessly. My dad told me as a young kid I would be the next Elvis LOL so I took it literal and tried so hard to sound like him. If this man is not really Elvis then he would have to have not only his voice but his habits, mannerisms, personality, style and Elvis Presley loved the lord. It's no wander to me why he would give it all up to be a Pastor and just to be normal again. I walked away from the opportunity of a lifetime in a talent contest because they were making fun of God. I have thought Pastor Bob is Elvis since the first time I heard him. However, he said the same thing at the beginning that a young Elvis said on a tape while he and his friends were playing music. That convinced me. When the Lord completely saves us, the old man dies and a new man is born of the spirit. I’m devouring everything I can read and watch on UA-cam about this wonderful person known now as Pastor Bob. There can only be one man of this endearing charm and charisma, and I have no doubt who that is wonderful preacher is. A few months ago before I started watching his videos I ran into a Graceland T-shirt at the thrift store and bought it. Many years ago my husband and our two youngest children visited Graceland. I will never forget it, it was one of the highlights of my life. And being a teenager of the 1950s, I was a big fan of Elvis Presley! What a joy it is to watch Pastor Bob!

This moved me to tears. This whole story has restored a little of my faith in humanity - I love you Bob Joyce for that. As a Believer who really got into studying the Word a few years back, and as a fellow musician, it was depressing to find how few that have fame and fortune keep their walk with Jesus Christ. I been trying to sound like Elvis my entire life and I'm now 48. I used to listen to Elvis relentlessly. My dad told me as a young kid I would be the next Elvis LOL so I took it literal and tried so hard to sound like him. If this man is not really Elvis then he would have to have not only his voice but his habits, mannerisms, personality, style and Elvis Presley loved the lord. It's no wander to me why he would give it all up to be a Pastor and just to be normal again. I walked away from the opportunity of a lifetime in a talent contest because they were making fun of God. It is an evil industry and you will never find real joy or happiness in the entertainment field only in Christ. Elvis would have turned 86 this year I believe so if Pastor Bob is Elvis he is holding his age quite well and seems to be in excellent shape for that age. And if Pastor Bob is Elvis I have the upmost respect and love for his decision to live for the Lord and teach others. That convinced me. When the Lord completely saves us, the old man dies and a new man is born of the spirit. There can only be one man of this endearing charm and charisma, and I have no doubt who that is wonderful preacher is. A few months ago before I started watching his videos I ran into a Graceland T-shirt at the thrift store and bought it. Many years ago my husband and our two youngest children visited
