There was a campaign, at least in Norway, to vote for the candidates other than Israel that had the best chance to win according to the semi-finals (i.e. Croatia and Switzerland).
She won 40% of Italy as well. The next one was 8%. It seems all the big 5 voted 12 points for Israel. Which probably means that if the votes were counted as votes and not as point per country, Eden would have won!

The best ballad of the decade. Best Eurovision song of all time times. I cried hard listening to it on loop. It's very emotional because of oct 7 but even if I didn't know anything about it I would still love the song. Her vocals r amazing. I feel like it's an integral part in understanding the discrepancy between what we see in the media and what people think. In Malmö, Sweden, we had a large protest, and this might skew your understanding, when in reality, Swedes overwhelmingly support Israel. And my goodness, the silent majority made their voices heard in Eurovision. Be it in Sweden or abroad. :)
