Fun fact: the Tourettes Association of America, found the south park episode making fun of tourettes, funny with them saying "They finally got to do tourettes" or something along those lines.
the thing is tho. they didnt make fun of tourettes. Cartman just wanted to swear as much as possible without getting called out for it. but later in the episode he actually starts saying things he doesnt want to say and realise how awful it is to actually have tourettes.

I had mentioned this on one of Anthony’s videos about funny tics but my cousin has Tourette’s. One of his physical tics is that he will jump and spin. My aunt and uncle put him into figure skating and because he has an outlet for it he made it to USA Nationals multiple times. Ben Jalovick. He’s now coaching others :) as kids I always thought him swearing was the funniest thing on earth.

I used to work with disabled people. One of our clients had Tourettes. She was one of my favorites to work with. She was hilarious and every day was a hoot with her. All of us workers enjoyed her company. She would use her ticks to her advantage so she'd roast you and you'd have no idea that half of it she didn't mean. She eventually moved away when she got married.

Man, I was there when the Halo 3 servers were shutting down, and it was both one of the most amazing and gut wrenching experiences being there for a shutdown. All those good times cut off, but it was cool to spend that final time with such cool people. Kind of like waiting for the world to end, figuratively speaking.

My church actually puts money back into the community in a multitude of charitable endeavors. Our pastor lives in a regular house, with a regular car, and flies uncomfortably in economy like everyone else. He's a regular dude. I have babysat his children, which is how I know a lot of this. We're not a megachurch and generally think that being a megachurch has a negative impact on a lot of aspects of church life. Every time we get too big, we split off and start a new church.
