The gear we used today included ProLure Clone Prawns, Storm Biscay Shad, Shimano Paddle Prawn and the Shimano Environet to land that Mud Crab!
The reels i used were Shimano Siennas, Stradics in 2500 and 1000 size with 6-10lb braid, 10lb flurocarbon leader.

love to see your glides in 95 - 110mm they were way to big and heavy for my big flathead approach...I use nothing but 95mm on 6lb gear...no trouble banging big crocs on 95s....gave em a go on kings they got a few.....very nice lures but for the light gear they were unenjoyable to throw and retrieve....I thought they might be lighter.

Geoffrey thanks so much for checking in. We’ve enjoyed a lot of time together and I made a choice to just try a break away while the waters weren’t ideal and see what changed. Great to be back in the swing of things again and looking to get out on the water again and share it with you mate. Cheers
