Keluar was formed in Berlin by members Zoè Zanias (Alison Lewis, ex-Linea Aspera) and Sid Lamar (Jonas Förster, Schwefelgelb) in 2013. They released their first EP entitled Ennoea on July 1, 2013. In 2014, the group released a second EP entitled Vitreum on June 10. Nine days prior to the release of Vitreum, the band also released a compilation album entitled Keluar that featured the band's first two EPs and 2 bonus remix tracks. In 2015, Keluar released their latest EP entitled Panguna on June 8, 2015.

Much better material,here,with Keluar than Linea Aspera.I guess,it still sounds similar,except there is much more variety in texture between each song.Darkwave-Electronica-Coldwave...all of that.

Philip Archer No disrespect but I find the Linea Aspera album generally darker, edgier, with more focus. But this one's nice as well. A great artist all around, check out Ari Mason too if you haven't.

@@sethteamcap3598 I enjoy both projects but I gotta agree with Seth on this one. Linea Espara has more grit edge, and personality. This album is good but the textures sound thinner to me and like plastic. Linea Aspera had a more rich thick sound. in my opinion both good projects.

Having started with Linea Aspera myself, I'd have to agree as far as variety in instrumentation and texture. Both projects hit it out of the park-when I first discovered Linea Aspera I was hooked. Everything about them was exactly the kind of darkness and coldness that I thrive on. But there's something about Keluar which places me in a darker void... I can't quite place it, but it seems like Zanias was exploring new territory in aural textures and instrumental arrangements. It was the algorithm that eventually brought me to Vitreum (the song), and when I first heard it I was like "HOLY SHIT I've reached an immense vortex of dark matter" without even knowing it was Zanias. There's so much going on in that song, and on many of the others on this disc. Really good stuff.
