This helped me in a major way when sending my first ever series of documents via registered mail earlier today and the process was FLAWLESS 👏🏾👏🏾 Absolutely no troubles; thank you good sir!
it's the best I've seen. Procedural, crafty, professional. Have you heard about the 2cent and the 'free mail'? I decided to try buying some 2 cent stamps at the post office, and sure enough...2 cent stamps are a thing. BUT, sovereignliving channel is seasoned with sporadic spouts of mal-tempered discontent, so I take that information source with a grain of salt...it's tasty, but it might not be kosher (if you catch my drift?).
Great material and really nice assembly. I used to mail a lot of these. A couple of details that have caused my envelopes to be rejected for Registered mailing: 1) TO: and FROM: addresses on the white form must match exactly the addresses written on the envelope 2) My local PO will not allow the white form or the envelope to be completed using a felt tip marker. Ball point pen in blue or black only. (I don't know if they are just making this one up, but they enforce it consistently.) Thanks for a great video.
@@yechezkelmendoza5698 My experience has been that USPS is extremely picky about how registered mail pieces are prepared. I have had to place the brown tape over every seam of the envelope, and the PO staff does stamp where your brown tape meets the envelope. I have had quite a few pieces rejected because they weren't perfect. The video seemed correct.
This might be off topic...but today I went to a food bank at l local church. While standing in line for a couple of hours, I couldn't help but notice a bona-fide table of the "money-changers" with a couple of guys sitting there, on chairs. The scenario reminded me of Jesus flipping their tables and chasing them out of the temple. I was not that zealous, but the impression will stick with me the rest of my days. Money changers, at the "courts" of Our Father's church house...turning the impoverished and hungry for sustenance onto a "tax credit for working families" (aka, slave identification and indentured servitude facilitation). Disheartening, dehumanizing, and disgusting.
Wow, professionally done! Fantastic procedure!!! I'm looking to do some of this type of mailing stuff soon, thank you for such a precision exact 'registered mail' process. Were you or are you a clerk? Mail clerk, city clerk, court clerk...North Carolina assembly, I know my parents have been living over there for a few years...they seem to like the Blue Mountains (I've never been). Anyways, this is definitely the best looking mail that I can imagine myself mustering...I was never one for arts and crafts type stuff, Christmas (if I wrap something), it's usually just meant to retard the opening of the present as much as possible. This is some of that "dot the i's and cross the t's" type legal mail procedure that I was in search of. Thanks again! I just sub'd and look forward to catching some more of your content.
The mail label goes on the ctr./top of the "Parcel" (As per the Domestic Mail Manual). Could you go look up the definition of the word? It means the item or contents to be mailed. It does NOT mean the package or envelope.
Definitely put the RM label directly on the “parcel” (contents of envelope) and ask them to scan and weigh the actual paper. Add the stamps directly on the paper and instruct them to cancel the stamps 🎉
@smartshooter2334 you explain this so clearly, why am I not getting it? I guess because I'm clueless. Are you saying to put the label on the Document? And also the stamp? Prior to putting it in an envelope? 🙃🤓😟Help please 🙏
@@smartshooter2334can you explain this like you’re talking to someone stupid please? The label 200s they gave me don’t have the bottom barcode and they refused to give me the 3811 forms
Nice video, thank you for sharing. Question😮s: Where did you aquire the 3806, red & white labels, & the Green 3811 certified cards? Does the P.O. simple hand them over to you? Or ???
Yes, you can just ask the clerk or you can type a note listing these forms and labels, your name and address and affix it to your mailbox or leave it in your outgoing mailbox. I did the latter and within days, the carrier delivered all of my requested supplies.
My Post Office does not give us the 200 labels with barcode. I have went to several post offices. There are not online either. only the roll of labels that say Registered mail but it does not have the barcode. I told them I needed the actual number to place on my legal documents I am mailing and they still refused.
@LatriceJ Where do you live? Here in Omaha, NE, they just hand me whatever I ask them and I even typed a note requesting Label 200, registered mail receipts and other forms or labels. I left this note in my outgoing mailbox and they delivered the forms and labels to me within days.
@LatriceJ Have you had any success lately? Have you contacted your Postmaster or a higher authority about this? I wonder if this is a policy specific to certain locations or I wonder if some clerks just don't wanna give you them because they don't wanna deal with the responsibility.
Thank you for this video! However they are refusing to give the registered mail stickers, they say they can only do in store before me sending it, how did you obtain them?
How can we get a copy of this guidebook. I went online and tried to get it, but couldn’t. Does this guidebook pertain specifically to North Carolina or is this ALL postal mail offices nationwide?
Nice video, but how many of us will send out something so valuable that necessitates the use of Registered Mail? I in my 30s and the most highest class of mail I've ever had to use was Certified with the "green card". Thanks for the how-to however
@@Andria950 when you referring to securities, the way to send is to put the registered mail bar code sticker on the actual (PARCEL) which is what is inside of the envelope. the envelope is not the parcel. this video is showing how to do registered mail in the public of course. send a security registered mail the regular way like this video, it will be ignored. because your enforcing them to recognize the receipt of the envelope. while in order to force them to receive/acknowledge the actual security (which is the paper in the envelope) the bar code sticker has to be placed on that actual instrument thats inside. the all red registered mail label sticker is the one that goes on the outside of the envelope which lets the carriers and post office know that the content inside is of registered mail.

Excellent! I've done Certified mail, but Registered seemed so complicated. Thanks for making it simple.
I followed your instructions and went to the post office to mail my package and it went smoothly. Thank you!!
