Another great video. As commented before me, I’d love to see someone interview you Mercer. I gotta say, you’d definitely be top 3 in the world for people I’d want to have a beer at a bar with. You’re the man!
Thanks Donk, Maybe I will ask Jake to do that this off season. Just feels kinda weird to have me as a guest on my own show 😂. Until then you can check out a recent show I did with Andrew from Tackle Talk. I did it last week
Great show Dave. Clark is a great angler. Sad the older guys are getting fewer, but the sport continues to move forward. Hopefully Clark will have a good season.
Loved the conversation guys, no question Clark is a future Hall of Famer. I was at the 1992 Clayton Tournament, I have a photo of a much younger Davy Hite at the bump tank, I will have to check if I have a photo of Clark.
Love Clark. Met him back in 2020 at Texas Fest and asked him where we should go to fish in South Texas after the event. After his advice, ended up breaking my PB twice flipping grass. Great dude and feel like he has another AOY in his system next year!
One time I met Clark and asked him how he handles beling Type II diabetic and competitive fish; he bluntly replied "I just do it". I have had it for 30 years and have the same retinopathy and take the injections, so I know how just how tough Clark is. Great show as always!
Fished near clark in a club tournaments on cayuga ! Long time ago ! He was fishing a pro event ! I made sure I gave him space ? Think he had the cabellas wrap ?
That’s one of the coolest parts about pro fishing. The pros fish the same lakes as we all do. Thanks for being respectful of his space & thanks for watching John
Hey William, Ya sorry I have been on the road shooting shows and shooting underwater a bunch lately. Gotta get it all done before the snow starts to fly up this way. I really do appreciate your support. It’s hard to believe how close we are to 300 thousand subs. Thanks to amazing supporters like you. Thank you
Thanks Dave Clark is one of the legends of the sport of fishing.
Thanks for watching Mark, I totally agree Clark is truly one of the greats
Top shelf as always. Two consummate professionals --- Clark Wendlandt and Dave Mercer.

Great interview…. FFS should only have 1 transducer. Thanks Dave
I don’t disagree thanks for watching
Good show Dave. Any chance of catching up with Jay Yelas?
I would love to catch up with Jay. That’s a great idea. I will try make that happen
I have to go swim jig just caught a 5 lber last night but I do live in So Cal and the key is the smaller the better..
Thanks and congrats on the big bite
And I left out big 7 to 8 inch magdrafts and glide baits
Clark and Jake Latundra sound a lot alike. I kept thinking I was hearing a Jakes Take.
Really ? I did not pick that up but maybe it’s there smooth calm delivery they both talk with
I was wondering where you been when I got no reply to the great comments I've been leaving 😀😀getting close to 300 T.

Thanks Grant👍
The awkwardly “HONEST” podcast….. something that clown Boyd Duckett knows nothing about!
Yeah, for sure.
😂😂😂
Clark don’t feel bad. I’ve been humbled alot on guntersville. Most of the time late winter early spring. It can be tough
It’s all part of fishing. I guess the tough days help us appreciate the good ones
I would say if he could find em without FFS. He’s dang sure gonna find em with it.
Well that’s the truth
Clark still got some wins in front of him.
I totally agree
