United weren't awful in the first half, Villa did nothing and were gifted two goals while United were on top but just couldn't get that last pass right. Evra called it spot on.
Yeah honestly the 1st half was just pretty flat. Neither team were on top form. Villa got 2 goals from set pieces. Poor defending from MU though also. Villa in the 2nd half were way to complacent and lacked intensity. They passed it around like they were in training playing keep away. Props to United they were much better 2nd half. Ultimately deserved the win. I dunno what Villa were thinking 2nd half. Played like they already had it in the bag.
