That's mad, in the mid nineties I had a joint with Paul Sykes. .on the jubilee hall field near where he lived on Lupset! My younger brother was only about 14...he was asking"who is that? Cos he was still a big lump then. He hated class A drugs. It must of been around 93 94. He was a funny bloke, I once shared a taxi home from town with him, he had the driver going to a school so he could pick his youngest son Jake up from like a special school because he was disabled...the taxi driver wasn't happy.. .but just kept his mouth shut. When he was sober he was a proper funny bloke.

Back in the Mid 90's we had the 3/2/1 Club in Canterbury. We was brewing a load of hooch in three of the 10 litre milk sack things from the kitchens for Xmas. We had them under the bin liners in the bins at the end of the landing and the cleaners was keeping an eye on them and changing the bags. There was at least half a dozen of us in it (saving our apples from tea every time we got them to go into the hooch) and we was all going about doing the 3,2,1 thing with our fingers from the TV series with Dusty bin. Sadly, one of them exploded. We could see the bin from our door with the flap open and in the night we could see it actually rumbling and shaking. We was hoping to get to it at unlock but it blew about 4am and of course they then found the others after that and all the cleaners lost their enhanced. 🤪

Hello Yammy, excellent video btw, but can you tell us how big Bill the Bomb was? I'm guessing he wasn't as tall as Paul Sykes but can you describe him or have you already done this in a previous video? I watched the one where you said Bill was, in your opinion, the hardest man you ever saw. So if Bill was wary, and respectful, of Sykes then that says to me that Paul was the real deal.

Did you ever come across Vincent Palmer yam ? He he got 12 years for armed robbery jumped the dock. Killed a dude and used to roll around on super bikes with a tec 9, a Mac 10 and grenades. Police knew where he was a few times but were scared to make a move as he was that dangerous. Got caught and hung himself in wood hill. Even the way he hung himself was militant.

No fight story, but I was told Peter Colson did a dive out of the window of West End Central and it wasn't the ground floor, the ob managed to grab his legs and haul him back in but he was trying to undo his belt in an efforts to get away. You have to smile at the audacity, even if he didn't get hurt landing he'd have been up the west end with no jekyll's on and half west end central chasing after him😂

Well Roy Shaw was at an unlicenced fight in 86 in Woodford the one where the Bomb had a fight in the crowd so he knew him there. Give Roy Shaw his due he never let up with Mclean he wanted to fight again and again. I knew someone that used to knock around with Roy Shaw in about 2003-2004 he was friends with his uncle he used to go out clubbing with him, he said to me Roy Shaw used to visit Bill the Bomb in prison around that time.
Roy show was 6 stone lighter than lenny and about 7 inches smaller

Different grading in prison we had that in DCs early 70s with red tie to blue tie and if you were 6 months or over you might get to green tie that would be like a red band in the jail 👌🏴

Initially charged with murder, then copped a manslaughter. During which my QC said if I get another charge like a minor assaults it will start at ten.
So I told him, I'll weigh the cunts in, if I'm having ten for a slap I'll kill the cunts for 12 to 14.
He was horrified but I am serious, I had a 3 for manslaughter, but if I have to I'll weigh some cunt in if I got too

Me and a few others were in the tv room watching a movie and me and a guy called little frank were arguing over something and this nob followed frank when he went to make some noodles and a cup of tea and was trying to get in his ear to make me and frank to fight “but” what the nob didn’t know was me and frank had grown up together and were close friends on the out. Frank came back with this nob in tow walking up to me having a go but smiling. Frank said “get up I’ve had enough of you ya cunt” but he’s still smiling, i get up obviously knowing somethings going on,he saying this and that and I’m twiging it’s not me he’s got the problem with. He suddenly spins round and says “this prick wants you and me to fight..but I’m thinking you and me should kick the fuck out him” end of story we did and that nob blocked himself soon after but to block yourself you have to drop something interesting to get blocked and that prick tried to drop me and frank for dealing but we didn’t,we had to do a piss test and they gave our cells a spin which lead to nothing.

Not saying those things aren’t true as we heard direct stories from his home jail armley. The lights on or off bum fun was a real threats for us younger prisoners. The screws in armley used the threat of Sykes bumming the life out of you if you made trouble in the jail. These were real worries for young prisoners back then. Also it wasn’t just Paul who would turn young lads lights out in armley back in the 80’s 90’s there were other hard men that smashed that botty in. But again no one would challenge a rapist who was rock hard back then. Unless you mates got bummed you would keep your business to yourself.
