The China International Circus Festival is a state-approved international competition and event for cultural exchanges. It is co-hosted by the Ministry of Culture of the People’s Republic of China and Guangdong Provincial People's Government, and co-organized by Zhuhai Municipal People's Government and Guangdong Chimelong Group Co. Ltd.
The Circus Festival does not impose restrictions on the nationality, gender, number, etc. of the performers. Performances include funny clowns, aerial acrobatics, stage acrobatics, stunts, animal-taming and magic. During the Circus Festival a series of activities will be held such as the Opening Ceremony, the International Circus and Acrobatics Competitions, the Awards Ceremony and the Top Award-Winning Performance as well as public shows, charity shows, seminar on acrobatics and circus and International Circus Trade Show.
