I too feel like that my phone is killing me. Its really hurtfull to see the time pass as I look at a screen, achieving nothing. Also same as you the thing that keeps me away from breaking my phone and throwing it to trash is my need to learn more. But looking at from an outer perspective, most of the thing I see online does not teach me anything and even if it does I would be totally fine without it. I just feel like its filling my mind with trash. I hope we as the human race can get over this. Also great video overall.
