Just a little mechanical advise. When you rock the wheel left to right an hear knocking/clicking it's the inner or outer tie rods, up an down it's either the upper or lower ball joint.
Victorious 69 I already suggested that he has a bent tie rod and that’s why it pulls when he’s braking.🤷🏼♂️
Have you considered using Li-ion batteries off of a hybrid car like a Prius? They're lighter, more compact, store more energy, charge faster and last longer. Additionally, their compact design should help with installation and packaging. They may even fit i side the spare tire well. Try junkyards for wrecked newer models to pull the battery pack from, it may be worth your while and prove cost effective in the long run. I could just see it now, you install a charge port off of a Tesla, then pull up to Walmart and park in a plug-in parking space and charge your lowrider while you shop, that would be priceless!
For your airbag light just unplug and plug in both front belt buckels or " pyrotechnic device" also called pretensioner

See if your front upper balljoint is hitting the strut tower. I opened mine to a little and the Balljoint comes through about 1/2" to get the full drop. Like you mentioned a shorter tire will get you there also if you don't want to cut a hole.

I say put the box behind the front seats and put a nice amp rack in the trunk and seal it. I know you built a show box, so maybe if he wants an upgrade in the future?
Used to be able to get the front cross member on the ground along with the rear subframe mounts would crush beer cans with my T bird on a 255/35/20 gotta pull the front fenders off and do some trimming the swaybars were not a issue on my car had to change rear shocks and cut the tops of the rear wheel wells off and then recap them pitch weld back there will fuck you up laid out and the front strut tower had to be trimmed and gusseted along with a small hole for the upper ball joint to pass through into the engine compartment fuck i miss my tbird seeing yours it looks great Doug

Try not to break the glove box like you did on the mule haha, because once you get the white Rider rolling and bouncing your glove box will be opening and shutting like it's laughing at you hahaha
You can use just one battery temp to test it. Set the height. It will just be slow on 12 volts.
I would suggest to you that you use some kind of gel cell as they will handle the rough conditions a lot better or at least a deep cell battery
