I wish they kept Kishibe's original line in the manga. He doesn't go "shhh", he straight up tells Makima to "shut up" when she starts introducing him to Denji and Power lol. One of the few people who Makima can't control

Kenjiro Tsuda is hands down my favourite voice actor. There’s something so soothing about his voice, whether he’s playing a rich businessman who loves card games, a masked gangster who preys on little girls, a living weapon with amazing grip strength, a demon with crazy ice powers, a chauffeur to a rich ikemen and now, the world’s strongest devil hunter. (Bonus points if you can name all those roles).

Yeah, and it failed for two reasons.
Denji dropped too far, so made too much noise when he landed. He was in too much of a hurry.
He also made a shadow when he went for the strike, which with the noise, cost him the element of surprise.
Power being anaemic after her attacks then meant she couldn't back him up, she was entirely spent from the distraction.
@@Sicarius_Avindar Someone else also mentioned the noise from Power stomping before she threw the initial spear, and also the noise from the bottles crinkling
@mrgum1932 True, but those were unavoidable factors. Her purpose wasn't to land the blow anyway, it was to distract him with a real attack. It's what Denji used as cover.
