Now might be a good time to get customers on board with GoCardless, remind them of the benefits of not handling potentially dangerous cash during a global pandemic. A lot of the shops aren't taking cash payments so why should you?
GoCardless for me, more control and gets rid of unecessary admin/chasing. On some of my few senior citizen customers, as they’ve not been able to go out have given me a cheque but i can deposit it via my halifax app, no bank trip needed. I don’t normally accept cheque but laxed my rules over pandemic.

Don't need any other app to use go cardless... Can just use it thorough go cardless
