So I’m going to start by saying I really do enjoy your videos....BUT, I kinda find it funny that you are posting more content now than you did before you put out the video that you were going to be basically shutting your channel down because you were going to be going to school. I mean KEEP THEM COMING! and bring back some of your guests...your mom and others. Anyway still a big fan of your channel and always happy when I see you putting out a new video!

The truth is that I fell back in love with the craft, both the wine-making and video-making! I will be flying out to England in four months, and then all bets are off; graduate school will be my first priority. But I've now decided not to shut the channel down, even if I have to pause on videos when I move. I'm just having too much fun with it! So, no 'funny' business here, I promise!

How would one properly sanitize things like dry spices (ie cinnamon or star anaise, just for example) to avoid introducing foreign contaminants? Newbie mead-head here, trying to research thuroughly for my first homebrew

I never worried about it too much, I just chuck it in. But perhaps that's not best practice!
