None of them will provide you good placements. At this rank some decent colleges can give you admission like LPU, Chandigarh University, etc. (If you want some fine enough placements too along with college life). Yes some of them might ask for donations also for B.Tech CSE. Things can become better if you have some reservations.

At this rank without any reservations jharkhand or any state college can provide only degree. Private will give you some negligible placements. Government will provide you less fee structure.
