In general, awesome technology. No mechanics, which usually break first, so it may be rather reliable. But practically, such systems are unreliable in their way of working and very damn expensive.
Reliability: Everything runs over camera data. And it happens all the time, that the camera either can't see something properly, or the image data gets processed in weird ways, which will cause the system to either not see some things, so people will get blinded, or it sees something, that isn't there and turns off lights, where it isn't needed. I had a 2018 Mercedes Benz, and the high was always turned off a little late, blinding people for a bit. Then, it would turn off high beam, when seeing street lights on a hill somewhere in the distance.
I am really not a fan of automating everything and cranking up technology to 20. Drivers will get dumber and dumber, and automated systems just keep messing with drivers, who know what they are doing and what they want the car to do.
Expensive: You bet those headlights cost you thousands extra when ordering a car. More important though the cost of when they somehow break and you need to replace them. I can't tell for the world, but in Germany, when a single LED doesn't work in a whole light (no matter if head light or tail light), the whole unit doesn't count as street legal and you have to replace them until next inspection (usually every car needs to have inspection every 2 years). So, when one LED breaks, you may still have perfectly good light for driving safely, but law requires you to switch the whole damn thing, costing you thousands. Then again, if you can afford such a car, you supposedly have the money for such a replacement. However, it's only one expensive thing of a car, where every damn little detail is expensive.
So I personally am no fan of modern cars. They certainly look awesome and in general, they contain awesome technologies. But they get more and more expensive and the increasing amounts of technology are prone to breaking - think about, how simple cars were a few decades back, and how affordable they also were. Costing little to buy, and then replairs costing little too. Also, automated systems weren't a thing. I personally hate all that automation about cars, because I am not a lazy person and I want to do every detail myself. When some electronics take that out of my hand, it usually annoys the living hell out of me. Which really is the case with modern cars. I prefer to go with models between 1970 and 2005.

Umm so it’s a laser led headlight? I’m not convinced this system will be any more effective than normal HID lights. Nice concept but there is the fact LEDs are just not that effective for lighting up the road.
