It all depends on the level of respect that another person or group of people give me in return. Courage is necessitated. It should idealy be something everyone has. I symbolize a lion for pride and a rattlesnake for fear, you don't listen to the snakes warning you get bit, but if you let the snake block the trail, you never get to your jamming rock
Have a strong foundation to base thoughts, opinions and actions. Believe in yourself, love yourself above all. Fear is fleeting but conviction is a rock.
Fear is just one of the many stimuli that our conscious minds experience, and how we interpret and react to it can alter our lives for better or worse. What seems like an irrational fear to one person can be debilitating to another yet it is the same thing causing the fear.I think that like exercise, meditation, learning a skill or discipline, you can learn to control and use your fears to grow.
As a P.s. A study has been done over the years to how most people act or speak or take things... & here is what i thnik to make of it all.... This : Here is where typically rage & anger come from, instinctively sadness or fear, & it can become nothingness & emptiness, if you allow that to "sucome / come over you,", To understand & know & be able to address the fear & make it as a norm for you, you'll start to become familiar & used to it to a point it doesnt hold you back from doing or accomplishing something or just to a point where you're not afraid anymore,
Fear and anger and all the "negative" emotions are actually a gift. They have to be controlled and that's what we struggle with, but the emotions themselves were given to us as part of a survival strategy. If a person learns to control them effectively its a way to bring your demons in line together with your angels and become a significant force. Tremendous video sir.
There's a big difference between fearing something you know and being afraid of the unknown. The former helps you to act rationally in order get out of the situation or defend yourself in a proper way. The latter either paralyzes you or makes you to do something irrational or harmful.

She eye rolled at me and shook her head
Yes I hear you lol 😆
Such obvious govt and media driven fear ! It has given me insight into human psychology though
If the threat was that real to her she wouldn’t have been at the school 🤷♂️
@@redpillnibbler4423 she was a three masker who wound up retiring early.
Many teachers wanted to either work from home, or come into the school and teach via Zoom in their classrooms.
I think that they thought people would take to it. And they were resentful that they couldn’t join their elite pier’s in complete enjoyment of having all of the rest of us locked down.
They were angry that we were not afraid.
I guess, as long as you are not in NYC. I would not like the odds of doing subway every day there. So many people stabbed and pushed on to tracks. The movie the Brave One speaks to the aftermath of random life changing events.
@@nancysalerno7036 yes our train transit is becoming very dangerous also. My special needs son was beaten up badly for a transit pass. He had no money, no cellphone just his transit pass.
We have now opted to take the buses only as this in an option in my city, the train stations are riddled with drugs and crime and homeless people.
However I still refuse to give in to medication mafia, when it comes to covid protocols. They lied, we knew that’s all there is to say.
People must be brave and wake up.
I dont feel fear but i am apprehensive of the unknown of what is planned for us
I’d be concerned if you weren’t - as long as you manage it and keep it at a low level it’s fine.
People often confuse courtesy and respect. Courtesy should be given at all times, to all people. Respect is different.
.
Respect is earned. I do generally respect everyone, but general respect is something that can be revoked or increased. It all depends on the level of respect that another person or group of people give me in return. Courage is necessitated. It should idealy be something everyone has. Especially with the way things are going now, we need to have strength and courage, and be able to navigate the situation through the fear.
Maybe not fear, but an abundance of caution. Some of us were raised with a acute sense of awareness. A lifetime of be one with you environment.
Respect should be earned, & trust too.... Big bro.... i agree as well, Its nothing to do with anything else, respect is earned period!
Brilliant.
Thank you!
You and I may not agree on our faith, but I agree with you on many things. I have listened to you for a long time... thank you for being on this platform and showing your country it is gorgeous!
I symbolize a lion for pride and a rattlesnake for fear, you don't listen to the snakes warning you get bit, but if you let the snake block the trail, you never get to your jamming rock
Fear is instilled into us and its up to us to educate it out 🤷🏻♂️😎
Thanks!
And thanks to you!
Great message Bjorn. Skòl💀🍻
And faith / trust in the Universe that’s another major belief that releases you from fear
Basic human respect is due to everybody. But I agree, to earn full respect, one must earn it.
No one is equal - biggest lie of our time.Agree that respect should be the default behaviour until more is known.
Thank you 👍👏👏🙏❤
"False evidence appearing real" I've hear fear defined that way also, thank you for sharing this thought provoking video! Great stuff!
Doing downhill mountainbiking helped me a lot to learn to overcome fears and calculate risks.
Have a strong foundation to base thoughts, opinions and actions. Believe in yourself, love yourself above all. Fear is fleeting but conviction is a rock.
Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway - great book...
Another excellent video, Bjorn. Ignorance breeds much fear. Chronic fear is a disaster for one's health and we are seeing this a lot in the world.
The psy ops through the media has usurped peoples normal thinking processes with fear and worry propoganda.
Thank you for all your videos.
You tricked me! I was ready for a life of being fearless...😆😆
i am so glad that i found this channel
you are a blessing
Thank you!
Phobias are another thing.
Yes,management.
Thank you, Bjorn!
The only thing we have to Fear is Fear itself. Skål from Down Under Brother 🍻 Stay Strong.
What a beautiful , peaceful place ! The water birds and their young is a lovely addition...thank you !
Sometimes knowledge can make you more fearful. "Not nearly frightened enough. I know what hunts you." --Aragon to Frodo
Strider is a great archetype.
There's a big difference between fearing something you know and being afraid of the unknown. The former helps you to act rationally in order get out of the situation or defend yourself in a proper way. The latter either paralyzes you or makes you to do something irrational or harmful.
Motivation by Fear usually brings Panic and we all know how productive panic is... This is why preparing yourself is very important
My grandma always said, "do your very best, and leave the rest!" Excellent video, Bjorn! I love these talks and always try to share this type of video to friends
I have always said "respect" is something you earn or lose on a daily basis by your actions.
Unexpected and excellent subject. More importantly it provoked deep contemplation on how to manage my own personal uneasiness, which is fear in disguise. Thank you
Fearless analysis - encore!
Your videos not only offer wisdom but inspiration, comfort and quietude. I always look forward to going on the journeys with you. It is such a lovely escape to nature where I come away feeling my spirit has been nurtured with added knowledge and the fortitude to live my life with purpose and gratitude.
