How about stop funding homeless programs. They haven't helped. They made the problem WORSE

Far too many laws, regulations, taxes and tax rates in California. What? The California government doesn't have enough of our taxes to spend in ten minutes? No one will be able to pay for parking in Downtown Sacramento.
1000% agree. There is so much law and regulations in California that even the bureaucrats in charge of that department don't know all the laws and policies they created themselves 😂😂😂
So this would be like McDonalds reducing the 1/4 Pounder with cheese to a 1/16 Pounder with cheese, but now charging you 300% more for less.
How about the City just reduce their payroll? I'm 90% confident they have more than enough slackers and dead weight working for the City.

Let the property tax payers decide where property taxes go. Usually in republican cities, they only let the property owners decide on property tax money in their district.
