... love the Volkswagen-T1-Bulli-background behind Benny, but ... love everything about Benny (even more) - tastiest grooves & really interesting drum-philosophy !!! Thank ya !!!!!!
Ah dude, that was so funny I'm not german but learnt german and lived there for a while, and it's hard to resist the temptation to write like that- English seems messy by comparison
Benny was destined to be an expert at whatever he did with his life. As a drummer, I am glad he decided to focus on drumming! I only wish he was my neighbor. :)
Recording my set with a simple Zoom H2 recorder in front has taught me lots about balance. Mostly about not banging the cymbals too hard. Benny is a great educator, he could've been one awesome teacher in another life.
The class you showed us on Snare Drum tuning was absolutely perfect. our teaching methods are the best I've seen and wish to see more on tuning? Would love to see your method for tuning Toms and Bass Drums also because I'm sure you do it much better then I do as of right now. I learned how from watching other drumming videos I've bought but none were as good as you on youtube....Thanks much my friend and you are new to me and I look forward to watching more .....Your style is really somethin and you are now one of my go to people to watch on youtube....Thanks very much ....
I love both of these guys and their playing. A fantastic interview. I have a Tama Starclassic acoustic kit and I own 4 snare drums: but my favorite snare drum is a "Sonor Signature Series Phil Rudd" Rock On all Drummers
I must agree with Benny about Sonor making "Drum sets!" Yes, I love how each separate drum becomes one with each other. I have played several kits over the years, and they were all good in their own way. Recently I've been wanting a Gretsch Broadkaster kit, and I would have to sell or trade one or two of my Sonor kits, and when I try to single them out to sell or trade, I have been unable to do this for some time now. Now if I was wealthy, this would not be a problem...... Thanks and Blessings Nick and Benny, I really appreciate you both!!!
Okay, Nick...yes, Benny is really great. But to me personally you are the greatest drummer of all time...seriously. Okay, it has a lot to do with my Spock‘s Beard fanboy days...but yes, your playing is soooooo musical.
When I got my first quality Sonor drum set, I understood that a good set sounds always great and just different depending on heads and how its tuned. Before it was like dampening, getting the whatever heads and it still sounded sh... :-D

Even when I’m not in this guys stile of music he really rocks and has as much groove as 10 drummers together
Being a german, I must appreciate how his english fluent is!

Simply one of the greatest drummers of all time!

Benny is such a honorable drummer....Great interview!
Nick is so humble!
Great conversation! The end was amazing. What a freaking joy to trade with one of the greats!!
benny never fails to inspire. great Interview - also because of the great interviewer. did his homework and asking great questions
sounds like a great childhood. "I don't like school, I just want to play the drums all day" and mum and dad support...
...wait a moment so both of you sing too?
That was a great interview by two awesome drummers. The talking was insightful, and the jam was so nice!
Great interview :) Thanks for all the stuff you're up to, Benny.
Benny speaks words of steel! He is a an excellent communicator, and an amazing drummer!
That was so good, inspiring and enlightening. Felt so at home, and you guys are pros. Lots of love for the guys at Sweetwater and Benny Greb.
Benny's educational materials have helped me like none other I have ever explored. He's an amazing musician and human being.

Benny one of the Goats! And has one greatest snare drums on the market too!!
Both these guys are insane.
Love his vocabulary - both on drums and verbally!

Nick I never knew you were a singer too! Good work here.
Looking forward to the new music and the book!!! Wow wow wow
Love his grid exercises from Language of Drumming, wish I had started doing them long ago. So great for consistency.

Oh... oh no.....
I love Benny Greb!
Great drummer...great guy!!!😎👍
26:42, Its the crasher hats isn't it, boy I love the sound of those, even though I've never played them! 😂
Dont tell me you're Nemo!?
one day I will go to his drumcamps. Good to hear that he's also getting together & records with top guys like Gary Husband.
Benny visits Drumeo, Jared Falk like: „I am a huge fanboy!“. Benny visits Sweetwater, Nick like: „I am a huge fanboy.“
26:40 Does anyone know what product he's talking about? The one they said nobody would want and is now the best selling in the category.
That point about the apples!
I like at the end where Benny went south so Nick took him to Spain with the claps. Kids.
Fantastisch!
If Benny doesn't inspire you as a drummer....check your pulse! Nice interview.
Guys? Where'd the Benny drum clinic live video go?
At about 19:00 when the camera guy adjusted the angle a bit, did anyone els lurch for their laptop because they thought it was slipping?
It’s hard to watch Benny talk when all I wanna do is listen to him create groove. He’s one of the best.
Okay, Nick...yes, Benny is really great. But to me personally you are the greatest drummer of all time...seriously. Okay, it has a lot to do with my Spock‘s Beard fanboy days...but yes, your playing is soooooo musical.
Hmmmm
Greb is the Master
Actually when you listen to their little jam Nick is the real master . His time and flow are very deep
nice 🤘

Who disliked this? Or was it to have some sort of balance? :P
