it's very unfortunate to see many people throw garbage everywhere in the temple compound. if they can't find a garbage bin, at least they should have the courtesy to bring the garbage with them until they can find a garbage bin.We can't expect cleaners to clean and sweep every minute of the day. They too are humans just like you.
