Thanks for the video; that was a great explanation. A small correction though: Being adapted to a type of san-loss does not mean that you don‘t loose san to that type of trauma again. It just means that you succeed in all future san-checks of that type. So you only ever take the smaller amount of san-damage. Source: Agent‘s Handbook page 73
Thank you. Yes you are correct. I will pin this comment as a correction for people to pick up on. I knew I would have had to make at least *one* mistake.
Cheers! Glad you find it useful. Recording four more "Bud Explains..." videos today to be released over the next few weeks in lockdown (-INT skills, "Home", Hypergeometry and Weapon Lethality).
Thanks for more DG content Bud! Your concise style means these will be great videos to reference my players to when they ask about different mechanics.

That made sense, thanks for the crib.
Thins makes some of our discussions make more sense ;)
If they are adapted to violence or helplessness, do they no longer suffer SAN loss when dealing with a similar issue in the future?
No, they suffer the minimum.
How often do you generally have your PCs roll in combat?
I mean... how long is a piece of string? Fights in DG tend to be short and deadly.
