I repaired the gasket but there are 2 areas where there is some visible gap its not going even with a hair dryer and fridge has only reached 13 deg c after 48 hours of replacemement. How long can it take to reach correct temp ? The fridge has about 70% load full ?
I installed as shown in the video. After completing the installation, looking at the gasket from the side of the door the gasket is in the groove resting on the door frig tightly but it does not touch the frig. It is about .187" from the mating face of the frig. What have I done wrong.
If its the correct gasket, maybe it needs a hinge adjustment? just a guess,. another guess, maybe the new gasket was packaged wrong in a smashed position? Call the manufacturer to ask questions....

If its not ripped and the magnet sticks. it should be fine to clean it.
