Brittany's face shows she knew this performance wasn't the best... they were clashing too much. I've got a sneaky feeling that they didn't rehearse much together.
I remember this performance, as I was rooting for Carly that season. Nothing against Tate Stevens, but LeeAnn was the reason he won. LeeAnn was an embarrassment to Carly, the show, and her self. If you watched Tate’s performance, Little Big Town did their part to push Tate to the forefront, but LeeAnn did everything she could to try and outshine Carly. If you were tuning in for the first time, you would have thought it was a sing-off competition between Carly and LeeAnn. To be honest I question LeeAnn’s character, because she sang HER OWN SONG out of key, she looked like she was either drunk or high. IMO she cost Carly the win. Shameful

That was a train wreck. LeAnn Rimes was trying to out sing Carly Rose so that made Carly Rose have to step it up. Nobody was in sync.
