I never road the ride very often in the past, but today I road it and got confused. I remember the forest being on fire, but it was just in smoke. I’ve looked at all the old videos of it and none of them show it being on fire...the first time I would have road it would have been 2008-2009? Was it only like that for like a year or so? Or am I the only one remembering it that way?

Yes the trees that you go under before the drop used to be on fire. I remember you could see it when going up Everest.

I went on this yesterday and everyone got stuck at the drop... Luckily we only had to wait 15-20 mins 😁

I like how fast the water rushes but it seems like an awfully quick ride with just that one drop. I was gonna ask about that "clearcut" section of the ride before I read your description. It's a pretty progressive thing to do at an amusement park and that message seemed lost on the people you were riding with though,lol.

+Matt Man it's a pretty short ride. it doesn't seem that way with how they set up the line and the amount of land this ride takes up but yeah, it's just that one drop and then it's basically over and it only takes less than a minute to get to the drop. my brother loved this ride so much more than everything else and since he hated how short it was, he rode only this 8 times before we left this park lol

Sam S if your are sat at the back of the raft, do you get soaked as much as the people on the front, closest to the drop ( who are facing backwards going down the drop) ??? Thanks, I'm going on it today 😁

I was so scared I would get drenched on this ride but my shoes were the only things that got wet lol (right before we got on a lady came off and she was DRENCHED) i guess it depends where you sit?

I went on this two times while I was there, I had fast passes each time, but the second time basically nobody was riding it so the fast passes were basically usless

It can have some very quiet times which is always good
