It’s so interesting the it has that persistence. I wouldn’t have guessed but then there is that otherworld fae kinda sense to them visually. Your JBG and tarot as well as just *chefs kiss* - her art has some kind of dreamy moody vibes. Your self care card is such an epic choice with that mask layer. I have the MM of the cat one. I need to get it out for a bit, I’ve got the urge now. Cats are soooo attitude haha. Thank you for jumping in on this, I loved learning about your choices. 😻🖤

Fun fact (according to me 😊): while “merveilleux” does mean “marvellous,” I’m pretty sure in this case it refers to the literature genre called “Le Merveilleux”. It’s a literature genre associated with supernatural beings, magic and fairyland. Mythology, folklore, fairytales are part of this genre. If it starts with “once upon a time,” it’s usually considered as part of “Le Merveilleux” genre. Looking at the cards imagery, it seems quite fitting 😁
