After reading about a red lipstick "hack", whereby using a red stain underneath in order to make the lipstick appear to wear off more gracefully, I may be getting the red shade for that purpose. Also, it would make for truly lovely casual red lip!
I like that the stains still match the original color. I always want a reddish stain, but most leave an orange or magenta/berry stain behind.

I love these lipstick reviews you do I might pick one of these up. My lips are small and so much dry and stains and mattes do not work well so I might have to wait till there a little more plump

Hmm, I feel like the 1st three and the last one would look the same on my lips especially after the gloss wears off. Too bad the stains don’t leave more of a colour difference.

I’ve been hoping you would review these! I’ve been using the Rare Beauty version of this which is $20 a tube and I used a full tube in a month. That won’t work! How would you compare the Milani to the Covergirl as far as staying power of the stain?
Hard to say since this is a gloss formula with a stain. But they're both strong.
