That looks so peaceful and a lot of fun. I'll be taking the ASA 101 class in July, and I'm really looking forward to learning how to sail and getting out on the water.
I think the second pair are probably meant to be spinnaker winches, though as a Catalina 25 owner myself I would imagine you could just use the genoa winches for a spinnaker, or go downwind under white sails, unless you were club racing or something. :)
