Brian puspos choreographed both butterfly and serendipity. He's so talented! He said Jimin is his bias 🤗
He is also one of Jimin's favorite choreographer. His choreography of Own It and Take You Down were used by Jimin during their special fan events
"Am I wrong" is from their "Wings" album DT :), and as someone who became an ARMY by 2015 and the first MV I saw from BTS was "We are Bulletproof" I can let you know that YES...I saw that sparkle on their eyes, their passion came through the screen and you can feel it, is not just the eyeline like V's said lol, when I notice that and watched the rest of their content back then but specially when I get to know on their personalities and how funny, humble, hardworkers, down to earth they were and still are and in top of that they speak loud against injustices (as someone who suffer from bullying in my youth you know what I mean) I didn't look back anymore , I used to follow other kpop groups back then I won't denied BUT BTS hits me different in every way and aspect and make me see some things from a different perspective, I can´t tell enough how much I love and admire those 7 guys, I don't know what type of conversation Bang PD had with these guys or what they talk about with each other back by 2013 or before but they knew what they were doing and what they want from day 1...they knew it and they changed the whole game until the point to shake the worwide music industry forever...btw my tears start to falling with "Butterfly" dance practice...so emotional, thank you for the reaction DT!!

omg when they first came up, they were sooo different and they went against the grid that was kpop then. They got a lot of hate for that but at the end, they won.
the first time I saw them doing no more Dream I told my family these guys are going places and I was called a clown and to stop talking about them. My x apologize by ordering special Bts Keychain for me directly from Korea. I've spent 10years talking about them and now they're just what I expected them to be. So proud they have never let me down.
You could tell they were gonna be a force to be reckoned with. Looking back at their debut and rookie days…they had so much passion and strong stage presence from the start. So much talent and good music. They were destined to be great. Add to that their personalities….💜
i suspect it was not lost on the discerning competition. That wud explain why during those early difficult years, there were concerted efforts to bring them down, accuse them of everything they cud think of but cud not make any of it stick. Truth & talent will always out.
My daughter has been listening to k pop since 2008-09, and she actually found them. And in 2012-13, k pop was still very much vocally based. I'm not saying that they didn't have rap or hip hop. But when it came the music of that time (or generation) they leaned heavily towards the vocals, so when they debuted with "No More Dream," with it rap heavy lryics. Not to mention what the lyrics said. Not only was it different, but fresh and enjoyable to listen to and watch.
Could we tell that they were going to be big...not right off the bat....but what you could see was their hunger and their truth. And that was very evident, but they were still raw. And with each video that yhey turned out...they got better and better...than I saw it! Before it they were fresh and new, but raw. However, once I saw "DOPE" I knew. Than "Fire" and I was HOOKED!. The rawness was replaced with bold, and charisma and yes even Fire. That's when I knew they were IT! The ones to watch!!!! The rest you know!!!
The choreographer of their butterfly performance was actually Filipino, the same choreographer of Jimin's Serendipity..

I'm not that old, I'm just 2 years old ARMY and I didn't know anything about Kpop before seeing Jimin. I fell in love from the first sight. His voice, vocals and dance moves with body and facial expressions made me feel guilty for not knowing them before 😣But now I know them the best. BTS is unique and they will remain in the history as iconic group ever
I was a multi K-Pop fan I.e. Shinee, Big Bang etc. when BTS came on the scene I said who are these guys? Kept watching them until they were the only group I watched and waited for. The only group I spent my money on. That’s when I knew I was Army. That was in 2015. Today, BTS is my comfort zone. They make me feel safe and give me hope.They are classy, humble and good ppl. They make me think what can I do to be a better person.

The Lyrics for AM I WRONG .....is so bold and gutsy. The are never afraid to speak up. I introduced my daughter to BTS it took some time before she became ARMY but one day she asked me why BTS all of a sudden speaking out about problems in the world and I had to educate her on BTS lyrics...I started with AM I WRONG.....her jaw dropped and was too stunned to speak

@@janetdelgado965 I have been ARMY for a little over 3 years, roughly a month after persona was released I tried so hard but it wasn't until MOTS:7 when I was playing ON MV that she was finally interested. She is still more of a casual ARMY. She loves them and they have gotten her through A LOT. She still looks at me like I am crazy for being so dedicated and invested.
The minute I retired on Feb. 13, 2013, I began to surf the internet and UA-cam fascinated me. Then, I saw a music video that caught my attention 100% They got me from pre-debut to current..They are blessed with kindness and sincerity in their individual DNA.
I found BTS in 2014 which was Just One Day Era, I originally thought they were just like any other kpop group with a nice love song. Then I found their other songs from 2013 and fell in love with the lyrics. That’s when I knew they were going to be big.
I love Just One Day too, plus all the others. I lost count already. All of their songs are so good!
Other groups are as good as them but they are unique and they’re the only ones who possessed this “ charisma “ that others don’t have and that’s a FACT! Proud army from the 🇵🇭.💜💜💜

I'm not a kpop fan but I discovered bts in 2014 Jungkook and his insanely beautiful and stable vocals really amazed me He's insanely talented and main vocalist front n center at such a young age really hit me he caught my attention the first time along w my friends like how can anyone be so good and talented at that young age he's an all rounder he can sing can dance n can rap a great artist does photography then later on started doing his gcfs directing n editing them himself he's so good. I discovered bts in 2014 kookie was my bias since then he got our attention in the group we were invited with my friends to join the armys I was busy with work and all so I couldn't do it but jungkookie was our bias since then n our bias wrecker too. No one was able to biased wrecked me... how can anyone be so good and talented his vocals is insane he's the main vocalist for a strong reason his vocals always remind me of Michael jackson kookie's vocals hits hard. My family is in music my parents really likes his vocals too especially my dad who used to teach piano voice lessons n writes music

I think a lot of people could tell they were different from others, that’s why they had to fight so hard to get on shows, have air time. They connected with their fans early on with their blogs and then their backstage antics showing unique and loveable characters of each member. There wasn’t many out there that could pull off their complex dance routines, rap line being one if not the best in the business, then the unique voices of the vocal line, wow PD Bang knew what he was doing when he put this group together 💜

I am 65-year-old black woman I've been watching BTS from the start when they did American hustle I watched them every day they're like Angel that land on the planet my mother is in her '80s and she loves this group we watch their videos every day and I don't know if I'm wrong for saying this Michael Jackson was the king and I put them above Michael Jackson right about now love BTS

I've seen other K-Pop boy groups from 2013-14 that danced really well, but were BTS different somehow? I'm interested in what people thought back then.
@@katesims8816 at that time there was a TV station that ran an hour-long series about their story. Because I've been listening to Bigbang a lot and like their songs, at that time it was explained that they also idolized Bigbang, so I was a little interested. And after listening to their music and their stories, it was somehow very different from the K-pop groups I was listening to at the time in their genre of course. At that time I also searched and listened to their songs. The first thing I heard was Just One Day and Boy In Luv. my comment then. Wow, their rap didn't play around, because in my opinion it was rare for anyone to rap as smoothly as they did, and I was also interested in Jungkook's vocals at that time. And after I listened to their No More Dream song. I was immediately interested in listening to all their songs. And at that first time I'm interesting to listening to their music, not their dance. But their dance is also on point too.

I started listening to them because BTS admired them so much (I know Bigbang fans would hate that but it is true). Now that you say that about TVXQ, I will check them out too. Was the hour-long series American Hustle Life or a different one? I did watch AHL and loved it. I know a lot of people think it is cringy but I don't think so at all (well much). It allowed them to be really immersed in the LA scene and got them connected with people that they later collabed with (like RM and Wale in that great song "Change"). Anyway, thanks so much for your insight. 🙏😊 💜💜

In all the reactions I've seen everyone always comments on Jimin's tumble and JK's hat trick in We are Bulletproof2 - but no one marvells at how Hobi lays back with his knees virtually dislocated. Out of the three moves that is by far the hardest to achieve so I always feel a bit sad when it doesn't cause comment. 💜
Thank you. I know this is true and keep mentioning it every time someone reacts but people never notice. Hobi once said, in passing, that the inside of his legs would bleed when he practiced too hard or did it too many times in a row. I am OT7 but we really need to give J-Hope his due when it comes to the dance line. He is a master performer, and so selfless.

@@THV920 I wasn't meaning to sound like a solo - It's just that I'm really impressed with Hobi's move. Tae and Jin have said openly that they work out who is going to do what part together as a group and have no issues regarding that.

am i wrong is from wings, besides the coreography the lyrics are very meaningful too, it's about what korea was going through with the president at that time, she was being accused of extortion, bribery, abuse of power and leaking state secrets, they even say in the lyrics something like "if you look at the newspaper and don't feel angry you're crazy" i don't remember very well, and a few months later when the president went through a impeachment bts was invited to perform this song at a lot of music shows even though they had already finished the album's promotions
BTS always had an innate international appeal. They have always been the total package. Their music appeals to me firstly and then when I learned their lyrics my appreciation just tripled.
I don't know how to say it but those JIMIN "back vocals" make the song Butterfly more intense, and when he is at the front, well, the songs are string pulling magical. Thanks for your reactions DT, good job. great observations.

The beat of their music are different from other K-Pop artists, maybe that’s one thing that draw people to them. THAT DREW ME TO THEM. But after knowing their individual personality, there is no way for me to get out of this very deep rabbit hole😍. You will love them dearly just like your family member. And definitely the message of their songs hit differently. And the synchronization of each Boys in terms of their choreography JUST WOW 💜 THEIR PERSONALITIES ARE THE BEST 💜😊 🐨🐹🐶🐿🐥🐯🐰💜 And still humble until now💜

I'm definitely with you. I have not seen another group who surpasses BTS when it comes to dancing honestly. BTS has that style that is sharp, fluid, and at the same time powerful, unlike the groups now that simply are full of powerful dance moves but there is just no flow or grace. That's why I I love BTS so much because they have the passion and that moves so unique that you just can't find anywhere else 💜
I pay 100% homage to every one of these amazing, diligent, hardworking boys! At the age of 75, they wow me every single time! 👍🏻💜

I've been Army since Jan 2014 and when I saw them they were like a breath of fresh air. I was blown away by their determination, their dancing, their everything. They had such a presence. To me it was clear they would make it but never did I think they would blow up this big. ☺️☺️

Ah-mazing. You said so many things i was thinking as i was watching this :) One thing was, yeah they have always been good, and one of my fav things about them is their expressions while performing, you can't act that, that comes from knowing who you are from the inside, and you bring it. So fierce. And that Butterfly practice😩💜😭💜

Am i wrong is one of my favorite. jimin is on his own level at that young age. So impressive
I'm part of a dance troupe at work and back in late 2013 & early 2014 our choreographers were into hip hop & kpop. So, when BTS came up in the list of options and they said we're gonna do one of their songs & choreo for a presentation - I laughed for a minute and said "you all must be crazy. There is no way we can do that. I mean their transitions is art in itself, how will an amateur dance troupe ever manage to even assume they can copy that."
That was my first introduction to Bangtan and in my head they are one group who are so freakishly clean & crisp with their transitions - full testament to their hard work & dedication to their craft. That there is just one of the reasons I think they were already on a league of their own.
Because let's be honest hip hop artists got ego & angst and BTS song & dance has all the angst it needed but I can't find the ego - because each one of them no matter where they are in their formation and vocal role there was no minor character - no one is a back up dancer, no one is a back up vocals, everyone is lifting their weight & is contributing their 100% at any given time - that is humility & genuine team work. That is something special there.
And I wasn't even ARMY back then - but their brilliance is already undeniable.
Very well said. Hv always believed one of the greatest reasons why they're the phenomenal success they are is the complete lack of petty jealousies amongst them, no ego trips trying to outdo. Much credit to all their parents for how they ea are. They genuinely care for one another, rooting & applauding, another one of their greatest strengths.

You’re right, DT. There’s so much choreography. I know they’ve upgraded to different dance studios, even renting space from another company. I saw that recently in a YT video. Anyway, with so much choreography I’m amazed they’re not crashing into each other in those small studios.

How many people caught BTS choreographer Sung-deuk in the blue shorts as a back up dancer in N O!! It shows how far the boys have come from using the staff as backup dancers to having a huge amount of backup dancers now!!! BTS and staff worked tirelessly to get where they are now!!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜

In the dance practice for "Am I Wrong", you can see how in sync they are. If you look at frame 20:10, V is in front of JK, but at first glance you can hardly notice JK as both their moves are sooooo in sync. Talk about practice. Love it. I enjoy seeing their dance practices and your reactions to them DT. :-) Practice, harmony, respect for each other is what has gotten BTS to where they are today.

i actually discovered danger dance practice first then i decided to watched their mvs (no more dream, n.o and we are bulletproof pt.2) and then boy in luv came and just one day then boom--until now im still in a deep hole of bts HAHAHAHA (btw i became an army since 2015 when i see danger practice in my yt recommendation, back then i just want to know their names and now they are my home hahaha they are my first kpop group and only group i stan hard until now) im so proud of them and i will forever remember my journey as their army, this year is my 8th festa with them and im so happy to watched them became so big but still their humble personality remained 💜

To answer your quest DT, I was mesmerized by them the minute I saw them. They had me right out the gate. There was something so compelling about them and I couldn't stop watching them. 2015 when I was in Japan first heard of BTS, they are crazily huge there and it's crazy how good their Japanese versions songs too! Before BTS I know nothing about KPOP and among other I've checked I always love BTS in all aspect from their dance moves, complex choreo, musicality & their song lyrics are hard hitting & timeless with depth that so rare in today's songs we hear. And I agree with you that among other groups.... they are best in dancing & choreography dept.! DT you should listen to their Japanese song versions too!
Of course! There was no doubt that BTS will become famous! I was amazed and in love already with their dance ( razor sharp ) and voices since the first time I saw them performed especiallly the Golden Maknae Jeon Jungkook who has the golden voice. Love you BTS!
