1998 Alfa Romeo 156 - Worthy Car Of The Year Winner?

Ian Royle travels to Spain to test drive and review the 1998 'Car of the Year' - the Alfa Romeo 156. He'll be checking all of it's features that made it a winner, as well as seeing how it performs and handles. The model Ian is testing, has a 2.0 litre Twin Spark engine, which can produce around 153bhp.

One of the all time beautiful sedans. I have to admit, I fantasize about this car being rear wheel drive, maybe with the old Alfa V6. Funny watching these old videos where they speak of cars like the 156 and the "resurgence" of Alfa Romeo. As an Alfa fan though, I don't mind living in the past and the world of 'what if'.
