I am a 52 year old. I had an abortion prior to becoming a christian over 30 years ago and the guit and pain when I came to the realisation of what I'd done was life shattering. It has only been the the grace and forgiveness found in Jesus that has healed me and the hope of meeting my little one in heaven one day. I have since been blessed with three beautiful children and now two precious grandchildren. ❤

Kim, we are lied to. We are lied to in school that teaches life only begins when a baby is born. We are lied to by journalists who write their own beliefs without anyone to challenge their Atheist hate ideologies. We are lied to by politicians who want abortion for their many lovers so they don't have to bother with dealing with kids, and we lied to by academics who teach that a foetus is not an unborn baby. I know that the Bible speaks to us about God's love for the animals, His providing for them, and that He led them to Noah so that they would continue to exist. I trust in Him and I know that my God loves His Creations and will do what is best for all of them. I know that my pets, from the ones from childhood to the ones I have now, have been a very important part of my life and I thank God for creating them.
You might see that dog who mauled your face when you were five, just like you might see that bully who stole your lunch money, and of course we'll see the thief who was crucified with Jesus and believed! The Father is so amazing in His Love.

That means whoever passed away first...and that was Jesus...told the thief that he would join him in Heaven that day...indicating to the thief that he would die sometime that very day that Jesus would die. And Jesus promised the thief he would join Jesus in Heaven when he did die.
Our pets will go to heaven . In Acts 16:31 Acts 16:31 They replied, "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved--you and your household." My pets are surly considered part of my household. Also in Genesis 9:5 And for your lifeblood I will surely demand an accounting. I will demand an accounting from every animal. And from each human being, too, I will demand an accounting for the life of another human being. IF God will demand each person and each animal answer for his life then surly animals will go to heaven. Going back to Acts 16:31 When we are saved so is our household. So that is the way our pets are saved. Because we were. Blessings

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but domestic cats, in the US alone, kill a billion of God’s beautiful songbirds, EVERY YEAR. If cats are so good, then why are they murdering so many of the very songbirds that me and millions of others feed all winter long to view and try to help survive? I hate cats.
It’s awesome to think of our Savior, The Lion of the Tribe of Judah. Lion is a cat last I checked. God loves His Creations and many who have had NDE’s have reported their beloved pets being in heaven. Personally, I’m positive that they are, if we want them to be. I think that it's fascinating that no-one mentioned the curse when discussing pets/animals in Heaven. God created animals and humans before the curse, which man caused in the first place as we are very well aware. Animals don't need to be saved because they never sinned...1st point. 2nd being...God created life with life in mind. He never created life with death in mind. His Word is far too powerful. If He is going to resurrect man, why couldn't He resurrect animals too? The Jews believe you look at what God says and then you look at what He doesn't say. Almost like a positive and negative shape making two pictures. Being silent because of His perceived silence is just laziness. Look into the Scriptures again. A perfect example of God's Great Benevolence is found in... *[[Psa 36:6]] ISV* Your Righteousness is like the mountains of God; Your Justice is like the great depths of the sea. You deliver both people and animals, LORD. This could apply to life but it could also apply to the afterlife. Just a thought. 😁

I agree with you completely. God created DNA. And DNA not only makes up our foundational structure as humans, it is also found in the animals....even plants have their own DNA. So if God, in His amazing genius can reconstruct our own personal DNA out of the earth and sea to transform our bodies at the Rapture when Jesus calls His Bride, it isn't a stretch to believe that God will also reconstruct animals DNA at the Rapture out of the ground and water. When Adam and Eve sinned against God, it was THEIR sin that changed their bodies and cursed all of creation into corruptible organisms...that grow old and die. WE caused the earth to travail...not the other way around. Animals are without sin and so is the earth and sea. They have had to suffer the consequences of our huge mistake. The Apostle Paul drives that home in Romans 8:19-22; Ephesians 1:9 & 10; Colossians 1:19 & 20; and Revelation 5. Revelation 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every KIND, and tongue, and people, and nation;

My 5 month old puppy died a few years ago and it hurt me really bad. Yes, it was “just a dog” but I was the one who delivered her and her siblings. After that, I vowed that I’d do anything to go to heaven to be able to see her again. It may sound silly to some people but it’s motivation to be “good”. I now realize that I can never be good enough to go to heaven but with Jesus’s absolutely amazing gift, I can see her again! 💕 I work with the IDD and I want heaven to be the way I live now minus all hurt and evil. Nothing but happiness and all my favorite people and animals on earth with me forever. Never to die and separate ever again. 💕
It isn't silly God has animals in heaven, He is coming on a white horse, so I believe every living creature past present or future will have the opportunity to have the same redemption as we do.

When my cat had to be euthanized I prayed that if it be possible, that he be taken to heaven where I could be reunited with him one day. I also prayed "Yet not my will, but Yours be done." I know that God's plan is perfect and that He knows best what is for me, and for my cat.

I've thought about that, obviously animals don't speak human languages, but perhaps there's a way to do it thru body language or something. And I'd like to look up the Greek word translated into "creature".

I thank God for the loving pets I have had throughout my life. They have been, and continue to be, a source of love and affection. Whether or not I see my beloved pets in Heaven, I trust in my God's plan for all life on earth. In their (comparatively) short lives, they are mute witnesses to the creatures of our Creator. Thank you, God, for all life on earth.

On January 28, 2021. My son, my heart and my soul, my boy was hit by a car. We were crossing the street and my boy alway stay and walk behind me & not in the front. Out of nowhere a car made a right turn on the intersection. My heart shattered at that moment. The car did not stop and he or she kept driving. It was my fault and I did not pay attention. If I paid attention and knew the car was coming he would still be alive today. If only we can go back in that moment of time. I would have shielded myself, my body from him getting hit. My boy endured so much pain. I picked him up he was trembling terribly and he was bleeding out. I love him to death and when my time comes I want to be reunited with him again. We have so many memories together through good and bad times. I took him in when he was only 7month old from a breeder. He died at the age of 13 years old. He is a teacup small size under 4.5 lbs Yorkshire Terrier. My little senior boy, my son, my everything. Dylan I love you so much! I want the world to know that. I cry each passing days because of you my son. I missed you dearly. I’m sorry Dylan.

I know a couple who couldn't have children, and they have fur babies instead... our pets are our babies... God knows this and I believe they will be there with us in Heaven

That is, when He created our pets, He created them with us in mind, just based on the Scripture from Psalms.

True, but Scripture says we have not seen, nor can we visualize the blessings God has prepared for those who love Him. Because He loves us. He IS love. Those who have seen Him testify that His love overwhelms everything else and saturates the room.. A friend of mine to whom He appeared said that love was even stronger than the fact that He was actually present. However, she had just lost her baby during delivery, so seeing Jesus for her. was to offset the tragedy of her loss. She had cried out “God help me !” And He appeared. I know of one other similar case .
My Bible Study class discussed 5his topic. When te instructor said, "Animals don't go to Heaven." I never saw such a group of crest fallen folks (including myself). A friend asked, "Even if it was a good little cat that never scratched the couch?" We all dissolved in laughter. But our pets and the unique personalities each one brings to a relationship is (in my belief) a gift from God. I take comfort in the knowledge that He whose eye is on the sparrow will sort it all out in the end.

I notice that Mark doesn't believe our animals will go to heaven when he's admitted that he's not much of an animal-lover. In contrast, animal-lovers tend to believe their pets will be waiting for them. It seems to be a matter of hope since, as was said, Scripture is rather silent on the issue. I really liked what Ray said: "Hey, remember that dog you loved? Well here he is..." When my dog died when I was really young, I asked Jesus to play with him everyday. So I guess I'm on Ray's side. A couple of my girlfriends had abortions and I supported either choice they would make. I let them decide because I was brainwashed and believed it was their body and their choice. I didn't voice opposition to it. I was wrong. I was complicit and should have strongly defended my child as best as I could. Father, please forgive your servant.
I grew up as a Christian and rebelled and even though I didn't know that abortion was evil at first, when I first got an abortion, I felt deeply pained I was losing a baby. I suppose it was my conscious heart convicting me. By the time I got my 2nd and 3rd abortion, I was living by the worldly beliefs of a fetus in my womb but I think I used that excuse to justify myself. By the time I was pregnant with my 4th baby, the boyfriend abandoned me, I was broken, convicted and turned to God. He miraculously helped me keep my beautiful baby girl even though people went against me and disowned me. But God gave me courage to stand strong against abortion this time. I repented of my sin and trusted in Jesus to help me. Through a series of painful broken events and the process of seeking righteousness in Jesus, I really became born again as a true follower of Jesus. I am so thankful to the Lord that despite my evil heart, his merciful grace gave me such a good daughter and now I am a single mother to 2 beautiful daughters. Praise God! He truly is merciful!
Oh my goodness I just asked that question today to my pastor. He said exactly the same thing Ray said, so with that said I look forward on seeing all my fur babies in heaven. All dogs go to heaven!!!!!!
I think our pets will be in heaven. We love them when they're here and we grieve for them when they die. It's extremely painful to lose a pet, in fact grief over a pet can be as intense as grief over a person for some people, so if God sent us these animals to love and care for, I think He loves and cares for us enough to give them back to us as part of His new creation. My dog Grace was blind and deaf when she died and I think one of the best things I could see when entering heaven is a young and healthy Grace jumping at the pearly gates in excitement to see me again and give me one of her smother hugs! I miss her so much but it helps to know that this time away from her is temporary.

They all died and i totally agree with you about seeing our beloved pets again in heaven! The Lord did not give them to us to take them away forever when they die so I am convinced we will be reunited with our pets! I am thankful that i repented of having done that once, i had a 1 year old and was trying to run from a very horrible to put it nicely, husband,. I felt so horrible, but got and had an abortion, I have asked God years later for true forgiveness of the crime i committed against a life He was giving me. when I ended up pregnant again. my cousin adopted her, cause her and her husband tried everything to have a child, so i put his name as the husband and now a happy family. and i love my now 24 year old daughter with all my heart and thank God for her. and thankful the living God forgave me of that sin of abortion. i am now 56 and rededicated my life to God and my daughter got baptized. Praise God for his mercies on me.
Cherubim are depicted as heavenly creatures representing many "beasts" of the Earth, and like others in the comments have mentioned...Animals have no knowledge of sin to my understanding. So i think its perfectly reasonable that pets might be preserved/resurrected after death, that may also partially be personal bias. No matter how wonderful the kingdom of God is, i cant help but think a small piece of my heart would be missing without my pitbull😅😔

There was a lady in one of our nursing homes here in our town who died recently. She was beloved by the entire staff, and her obituary revealed that as she was dying she told the attending staff and family that she SAW HER DECEASED HORSES THAT SHE HAD HAD WHILE HERE , !!!! Also, the Scriptures clearly mention horses. The Antichrist rides one because he wants to imitate Christ Jesus our Messiah who also rides a white horse., as do the saints who follow Him. I was really delighted to hear that. woman’s testimony . Hope this encourages you !
This made me tear up w/ hope that maybe my dog could make it. He was a great missionary animal! Surely, he is at least in doggie heaven being rewarded for his several years sacrifice.

My 7 yr old daughter Avery, 8 now, but 4 months ago she was lifted up from her body. She saw all of her siblings sleeping and lifted up through the roof of the house and straight up past all the planets. She said she turned around and saw earth and how beautiful it was. She said she past Pluto and entered into the bright light. She met Jesus. She said Jesus show a movie of her life and she said he was teaching her on how it’s important to not tell lies and not to be rude. After the teaching she said Jesus said, “ok bring in the animals”. Our big black lab was the first one she saw and she saw many others she didn’t know. She described them to my wife (her mom). And my wife bursted into tears. My wife had lots of animals growing up. Then Jesus said “Ok. Kelly Burnett, come here please. My daughter went up to her and said “who are you? Kelly responded, “I’m your aunt and I want you to tell your daddy that I love him and his brothers very much.” You see, Kelly was only 3 months old when she past away in her sleep. I was only 14 months old at the time. Lots more detail to this dream/vision. Acts 2:17

I am a christian animal-welfare activist, and I truly believe that the creatures that God makes for a purpose, that we as humans mistreat, one day will experience total joy in their lives. Anything else is meaningless

Same I love my 12 year old pit/lab named PoPo . I got him when I graduated high school at 18 and now I'm 30. Friendships, relationships, have come and went in those years but my buddy has always been there. I dread the day he goes. I'm trying to prepare myself.
Im also a vet and see the emotion , and feel it with the love of our pets. We have to be careful not to put them above humans and it is HARD not to do ! I have just learned to do this and still struggle. I love my dogs more than most people i will still admit. Yes they havve belly buttons : )

All animal lovers out there, to get a very good and solid answer to this very important question, please go and read the book "Do Dogs Go To Heaven?" by M.Jean Holmes. I promise you it'll change your whole perspective about animals and Gods plan for them, because truly, animals are amazing!
Romans 8:22-23 "For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body." If animals don't go to heaven.. why does the whole of creation groan and struggle in pain - waiting for Jesus to return? - everything is LOOKING FORWARD to Christ's return. It doesn't make sense to me that everything is looking forward to Christ returning, but we suddenly exclude animals from this? Nothing is too big for God. Its God we're talking about here.. if he wanted to bring back every single thing he's ever created - I don't think it would be hard for him. Do you? Our human brains limit what we think is doable. God is not limited in any respect. Its not too hard for him to bring animals back if he so wanted to. God is a compassionate God.. if he gives us the desires of our heart, I believe my beloved animals will be in heaven with me. I hear a lot of " the bible is silent on this so I am too.." except you guys aren't actually silent.. your saying they don't. Maybe just say I'm not sure instead.. that way you avoid upsetting people. Ray's compassion stands out. Being compassionate doesn't mean you are being untruthful. I'd way rather go the kind route. Telling people their pets don't go to heaven doesn't achieve anything except hurting them and causing division - over an issue that the bible isn't clear on.. not worth it. Go the compassionate route.. you can't lose.

Hi Cynthia ,we are above animals in God's affections . Jesus told of how the Father knows when a Sparrow falls to the ground and he then stated that we a worth many Sparrows . Also Matthew 12 v 11-12 Jesus makes the point that people are better / more important than animals . This doesn't mean , however , that God doesn't also love animals . In fact there are accounts in the Bible where God punished individuals for mistreating animals in their care .
If all my cats (that I've ever taken care of, I volunteer as a TNR person and feed a colony) are in heaven with me, I hope I have a big room, because I fall in love with every one I take care of and right now I'm feeding over 50 cats in my neighborhood (all fixed, all vetted when they get sick, all of them named, etc.) that came from other less responsible people who have lived in the area and I love them all! And yes, they all have different personalities. It breaks my heart every time I lose one. I think I like the idea of preaching the gospel to all of my cats because I could use the practice. By the way, I'm on Ray's side. Yes, God is all we need, but I also believe we will have work in heaven that will be totally fulfilling to us, so why not our pets also?
I was a young Christian when this became law. I couldn’t believe women would do that to their children. 😭😭😭. I moved from democrat (due to family thinking) to Republican entirely because of abortion.

Hang in there, anyone who's feeling blue about their animal(s) it's hard there's always a death every year in our house from hamsters who live for only 2 years. I guarantee you'll meet them at the Rainbow Bridge when you depart from the Earth like they did... So hang tough, they might not be there physically but spiritually, always....

How will God use ME? I have social anxiety disorder. I'm 15 years old and because of my sad, I'm not social at all and don't go out much. It's hard for me to talk with people in general. I have always found this topic to be ridiculous. I myself love animals but when I meet my Lord and Savior He is the only one I want to see. The church will all be very close in relationship with one another. A stranger will be as if a closest friend here on earth. I honestly find it to be a very irrelevant topic. If the thought of no pet brings one to tears then priorities are messed up! I'm pretty sure pet or no pet, no believer will be disappointed when entering the kingdom of heaven :)
I don’t believe that animals will be in heaven because nowhere in the Bible does it say that Jesus died for animals. They do not have souls in the same way that humans do. Also, I believe that when we are in heaven we will be so enamored and amazed by God, we will no longer want anything or miss anything because we are in the presence of the creator.

Romans 8:21 does not say animals go to heaven but in the context of that chapter it's talking about living in Christ according to His spirit rather than living according to the flesh. We see all around us animals dying, weather calamities, all show us what sin has caused. And our great hope is to finally see our Savior return to finish the suffering and the death that sin caused. Our God is so awesome! He knows we love are pets. Are pets are a reflection somewhat of Gods love. You can abuse them and they still love you. I don’t put my dogs before God, but I will say that it would bring me such joy for them to join me in heaven. Since, there will be animals in heaven I wonder “ why not mine”. I decided I will just “ask “ or “petition” for my pet. He can do anything. I believe the devil loves us to be disappointed/depressed that we think God while deny us the presence of our animal. The devil is using this as a weapon because he knows that there are individuals who care/love there pets due to difficult situations that their pet has helped them through. The sound that represents all those children is so serious to me i can't even weep....is it possible to be so full of sorrow and shock that tears can not come? I'm so empathic person and listening to that sound fills my soul with dread, serious terror of hearing it. This is one of the wake up calls our species needs to really impress the seriousness of our lack of control over our thoughts desires and actions. Having god as our father is a gift and this is what people do to each other. So i hear that sound and think all of those children that didn't even have a chance to be born and grow up to be a soldier to protect or a surgeon to repair or a doctor to diagnose or a pastor to help the unbelievers or that amazing uncle or grandparent...it can literally go on all those possibilities just gone like shooting a bb into a wall.

I have constantly asked God that my dogs are in heaven. I'd not be happy without my dogs in heaven. Of course, I want the focus to be on worshipping God and Jesus, but I want to see all my dogs, too. I need them there to be happy. I'm not happy without them. These guys are so mean. Animals are expressions of God's love.
If you love your pets more than God, then that'll be a problem. However, if you love God enough, your rewards in heaven could mean anything, like having your pets.

Puppies do not represent the kindness of God. I'm not judging the man or saying I know more than he does. I'm just saying he is wrong. Human infant babies are the face of God. Babies show how pure, meek, and unconditional love, peaceful, obedient, completely faithful Jesus is. How we must be like him to serve and worship him in spirit and truth. We must be obedient like a child, the only way we must remain forever to receive the holy word of God. To draw closer to Him and become more like him.
I was once there...thinking God didn't care. My husband demanded it and was giddy we were 'there'. My boss had many, said it was nothing...i was there...there is where Christians weigh in. They had their God forsaken posters of carnage...they shook them at me with rage. My thought was " don't they know how hard it was for me to do this?"... I heard a story, which, to cut a long story short... God gave dog to mankind to love him unconditionally and dog put up with all man's imperfections ... and loved him but this made, man, too over sure of himself; even to the effect that he felt he didn't, need God. So God sent cat. Who being mankind's owner, put man's perspective in the scheme of things - back into reality. So God was happy, man was happy and cat... and, cat could not give two hoots one way or the other. 😸lol.
I am a 52 year old. I had an abortion prior to becoming a christian over 30 years ago and the guit and pain when I came to the realisation of what I'd done was life shattering. It has only been the the grace and forgiveness found in Jesus that has healed me and the hope of meeting my little one in heaven one day. I have since been blessed with three beautiful children and now two precious grandchildren.

I know that the Bible speaks to us about God's love for the animals, His providing for them, and that He led them to Noah so that they would continue to exist. I trust in Him and I know that my God loves His Creations and will do what is best for all of them. I know that my pets, from the ones from childhood to the ones I have now, have been a very important part of my life and I thank God for creating them.
You might see that dog who mauled your face when you were five, just like you might see that bully who stole your lunch money, and of course we'll see the thief who was crucified with Jesus and believed! The Father is so amazing in His Love.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but domestic cats, in the US alone, kill a billion of God’s beautiful songbirds, EVERY YEAR. I agree with you completely. God created DNA. And DNA not only makes up our foundational structure as humans, it is also found in the animals....even plants have their own DNA. So if God, in His amazing genius can reconstruct our own personal DNA out of the earth and sea to transform our bodies at the Rapture when Jesus calls His Bride, it isn't a stretch to believe that God will also reconstruct animals DNA at the Rapture out of the ground and water. When Adam and Eve sinned against God, it was THEIR sin that changed their bodies and cursed all of creation into corruptible organisms...that grow old and die. WE caused the earth to travail...not the other way around. Animals are without sin and so is the earth and sea. They have had to suffer the consequences of our huge mistake. The Apostle Paul drives that home in Romans 8:19-22; Ephesians 1:9 & 10; Colossians 1:19 & 20; and Revelation 5.

My 5 month old puppy died a few years ago and it hurt me really bad. Yes, it was “just a dog” but I was the one who delivered her and her siblings. After that, I vowed that I’d do anything to go to heaven to be able to see her again. It may sound silly to some people but it’s motivation to be “good”. I now realize that I can never be good enough to go to heaven but with Jesus’s absolutely amazing gift, I can see her again! 💕 I work with the IDD and I want heaven to be the way I live now minus all hurt and evil. Nothing but happiness and all my favorite people and animals on earth with me forever. Never to die and separate ever again. 💕
It isn't silly God has animals in heaven, He is coming on a white horse, so I believe every living creature past present or future will have the opportunity to have the same redemption as we do.

When my cat had to be euthanized I prayed that if it be possible, that he be taken to heaven where I could be reunited with him one day. I also prayed "Yet not my will, but Yours be done." I know that God's plan is perfect and that He knows best what is for me, and for my cat.

Whether or not I see my beloved pets in Heaven, I trust in my God's plan for all life on earth. In their (comparatively) short lives, they are mute witnesses to the creatures of our Creator. On January 28, 2021. My son, my heart and my soul, my boy was hit by a car. We were crossing the street and my boy alway stay and walk behind me & not in the front. Out of nowhere a car made a right turn on the intersection. My heart shattered at that moment. The car did not stop and he or she kept driving. It was my fault and I did not pay attention. If I paid attention and knew the car was coming he would still be alive today. If only we can go back in that moment of time. I would have shielded myself, my body from him getting hit. My boy endured so much pain. I picked him up he was trembling terribly and he was bleeding out. I love him to death and when my time comes I want to be reunited with him again. We have so many memories together through good and bad times. I took him in when he was only 7month old from a breeder. He died at the age of 13 years old. He is a teacup small size under 4.5 lbs Yorkshire Terrier. My little senior boy, my son, my everything. Dylan I love you so much! I want the world to know that. I cry each passing days because of you my son. I missed you dearly. I’m sorry Dylan.

I know this is an old comment, but I just want to say that I believe that all the animals that God created that are living on this earth are still God’s, but our pets are on loan to us from God. That is, when He created our pets, He created them with us in mind, just based on the Scripture from Psalms.

True, but Scripture says we have not seen, nor can we visualize the blessings God has prepared for those who love Him. Because He loves us. He IS love. Those who have seen Him testify that His love overwhelms everything else and saturates the room.. A friend of mine to whom He appeared said that love was even stronger than the fact that He was actually present. However, she had just lost her baby during delivery, so seeing Jesus for her. was to offset the tragedy of her loss. She had cried out “God help me !” And He appeared. I know of one other similar case .
My Bible Study class discussed 5his topic. When te instructor said, "Animals don't go to Heaven." I never saw such a group of crest fallen folks (including myself). A friend asked, "Even if it was a good little cat that never scratched the couch?" We all dissolved in laughter. But our pets and the unique personalities each one brings to a relationship is (in my belief) a gift from God. God loves his creatures too. And we are told God has some big surprises for us. Maybe one of those surprises is our past pets.

Pets' enticing and sympathetic characteristics are just a lower form of God's reflection. If you get to heaven you will have the beatific vision, which is God in his all fulfilling Goodness and Love . That alone will be enough for any saint. So in short, no, there will be no dogs or any other animals in heaven because God was behind their cuteness and loveliness all along and God will be enough.

I notice that Mark doesn't believe our animals will go to heaven when he's admitted that he's not much of an animal-lover. In contrast, animal-lovers tend to believe their pets will be waiting for them. It seems to be a matter of hope since, as was said, Scripture is rather silent on the issue. I really liked what Ray said: "Hey, remember that dog you loved? Well here he is..."
When my dog died when I was really young, I asked Jesus to play with him everyday. So I guess I'm on Ray's side. (:

A couple of my girlfriends had abortions and I supported either choice they would make. I let them decide because I was brainwashed and believed it was their body and their choice. I didn't voice opposition to it. I was wrong. I was complicit and should have strongly defended my child as best as I could. Father, please forgive your servant.
I grew up as a Christian and rebelled and even though I didn't know that abortion was evil at first, when I first got an abortion, I felt deeply pained I was losing a baby. I suppose it was my conscious heart convicting me. By the time I got my 2nd and 3rd abortion, I was living by the worldly beliefs of a fetus in my womb but I think I used that excuse to justify myself. By the time I was pregnant with my 4th baby, the boyfriend abandoned me, I was broken, convicted and turned to God. He miraculously helped me keep my beautiful baby girl even though people went against me and disowned me. But God gave me courage to stand strong against abortion this time. I repented of my sin and trusted in Jesus to help me. Through a series of painful broken events and the process of seeking righteousness in Jesus, I really became born again as a true follower of Jesus. I am so thankful to the Lord that despite my evil heart, his merciful grace gave me such a good daughter and now I am a single mother to 2 beautiful daughters. Praise God! He truly is merciful!

I would love to meet my pets in Heaven. I was heartbroken when they died and sometimes I cry too because I miss them.
I think our pets will be in heaven. We love them when they're here and we grieve for them when they die. It's extremely painful to lose a pet, in fact grief over a pet can be as intense as grief over a person for some people, so if God sent us these animals to love and care for, I think He loves and cares for us enough to give them back to us as part of His new creation. My dog Grace was blind and deaf when she died and I think one of the best things I could see when entering heaven is a young and healthy Grace jumping at the pearly gates in excitement to see me again and give me one of her smother hugs! I miss her so much but it helps to know that this time away from her is temporary.

They all died and i totally agree with you about seeing our beloved pets again in heaven! The Lord did not give them to us to take them away forever when they die so I am convinced we will be reunited with our pets! I am thankful that i repented of having done that once, i had a 1 year old and was trying to run from a very horrible to put it nicely, husband,. I felt so horrible, but got and had an abortion, I have asked God years later for true forgiveness of the crime i committed against a life He was giving me. when I ended up pregnant again. my cousin adopted her, cause her and her husband tried everything to have a child, so i put his name as the husband and now a happy family. and i love my now 24 year old daughter with all my heart and thank God for her. and thankful the living God forgave me of that sin of abortion. i am now 56 and rededicated my life to God and my daughter got baptized. Praise God for his mercies on me.
Cherubim are depicted as heavenly creatures representing many "beasts" of the Earth, and like others in the comments have mentioned...Animals have no knowledge of sin to my understanding. So i think its perfectly reasonable that pets might be preserved/resurrected after death, that may also partially be personal bias. No matter how wonderful the kingdom of God is, i cant help but think a small piece of my heart would be missing without my pitbull😅😔
All animals have a soul as do we. It's a purpose to nurture. To love. We all, as well as animals who are part of our household will go to heaven.

There was a lady in one of our nursing homes here in our town who died recently. She was beloved by the entire staff, and her obituary revealed that as she was dying she told the attending staff and family that she SAW HER DECEASED HORSES THAT SHE HAD HAD WHILE HERE , !!!! Also, the Scriptures clearly mention horses. The Antichrist rides one because he wants to imitate Christ Jesus our Messiah who also rides a white horse., as do the saints who follow Him.

My 7 yr old daughter Avery, 8 now, but 4 months ago she was lifted up from her body. She saw all of her siblings sleeping and lifted up through the roof of the house and straight up past all the planets. She said she turned around and saw earth and how beautiful it was. She said she past Pluto and entered into the bright light. She met Jesus. She said Jesus show a movie of her life and she said he was teaching her on how it’s important to not tell lies and not to be rude. After the teaching she said Jesus said, “ok bring in the animals”. Our big black lab was the first one she saw and she saw many others she didn’t know. She described them to my wife (her mom). And my wife bursted into tears. My wife had lots of animals growing up. Then Jesus said “Ok. Kelly Burnett, come here please. My daughter went up to her and said “who are you? Kelly responded, “I’m your aunt and I want you to tell your daddy that I love him and his brothers very much.” You see, Kelly was only 3 months old when she past away in her sleep. I was only 14 months old at the time. Lots more detail to this dream/vision. Acts 2:17

Same I love my 12 year old pit/lab named PoPo . I got him when I graduated high school at 18 and now I'm 30. Friendships, relationships, have come and went in those years but my buddy has always been there. I dread the day he goes. I'm trying to prepare myself.
My wife and I are having a hard time conceiving children and we got a puppy a month ago. No matter what I know he be taken care of.
Im also a vet and see the emotion , and feel it with the love of our pets. We have to be careful not to put them above humans and it is HARD not to do ! I have just learned to do this and still struggle. I love my dogs more than most people i will still admit. Yes they havve belly buttons : )

If animals don't go to heaven.. why does the whole of creation groan and struggle in pain - waiting for Jesus to return? - everything is LOOKING FORWARD to Christ's return. It doesn't make sense to me that everything is looking forward to Christ returning, but we suddenly exclude animals from this? Nothing is too big for God. Its God we're talking about here.. if he wanted to bring back every single thing he's ever created - I don't think it would be hard for him. Do you? Our human brains limit what we think is doable. God is not limited in any respect. Its not too hard for him to bring animals back if he so wanted to.
God is a compassionate God.. if he gives us the desires of our heart, I believe my beloved animals will be in heaven with me. I hear a lot of " the bible is silent on this so I am too.." except you guys aren't actually silent.. your saying they don't. Maybe just say I'm not sure instead.. that way you avoid upsetting people. Ray's compassion stands out. Being compassionate doesn't mean you are being untruthful. I'd way rather go the kind route. Telling people their pets don't go to heaven doesn't achieve anything except hurting them and causing division - over an issue that the bible isn't clear on.. not worth it. Go the compassionate route.. you can't lose.

Throughout the bible God The Father speaks to how much He loves ANIMALS..His CREATION. Animals aren't just empty vessels. I wish ppl would read their bible's..and when i say that i mean NOT just cherry pick whatever feels better to them !! Hi Cynthia ,we are above animals in God's affections . Jesus told of how the Father knows when a Sparrow falls to the ground and he then stated that we a worth many Sparrows . Also Matthew 12 v 11-12 Jesus makes the point that people are better / more important than animals . This doesn't mean , however , that God doesn't also love animals . In fact there are accounts in the Bible where God punished individuals for mistreating animals in their care .

If all my cats (that I've ever taken care of, I volunteer as a TNR person and feed a colony) are in heaven with me, I hope I have a big room, because I fall in love with every one I take care of and right now I'm feeding over 50 cats in my neighborhood (all fixed, all vetted when they get sick, all of them named, etc.) that came from other less responsible people who have lived in the area and I love them all! And yes, they all have different personalities. It breaks my heart every time I lose one. I think I like the idea of preaching the gospel to all of my cats because I could use the practice. By the way, I'm on Ray's side. Yes, God is all we need, but I also believe we will have work in heaven that will be totally fulfilling to us, so why not our pets also?
I was a young Christian when this became law. I couldn’t believe women would do that to their children. 😭😭😭. I moved from democrat (due to family thinking) to Republican entirely because of abortion.
and trust me it was hard no matter what the animal was. I do truly believe they do. Hang in there, anyone who's feeling blue about their animal(s) it's hard there's always a death every year in our house from hamsters who live for only 2 years. I guarantee you'll meet them at the Rainbow Bridge when you depart from the Earth like they did... So hang tough, they might not be there physically but spiritually, always....

How will God use ME? I have social anxiety disorder. I'm 15 years old and because of my sad, I'm not social at all and don't go out much. It's hard for me to talk with people in general. (To witness) I want to tell others about God but I don't know how to talk well. I guess I'm like Moses or Jeremiah in a way! I don't know, I feel so useless not doing anything for God. What should I do?

I have always found this topic to be ridiculous. I myself love animals but when I meet my Lord and Savior He is the only one I want to see. The church will all be very close in relationship with one another. A stranger will be as if a closest friend here on earth. I honestly find it to be a very irrelevant topic. If the thought of no pet brings one to tears then priorities are messed up! I'm pretty sure pet or no pet, no believer will be disappointed when entering the kingdom of heaven :)
I don’t believe that animals will be in heaven because nowhere in the Bible does it say that Jesus died for animals. They do not have souls in the same way that humans do. Also, I believe that when we are in heaven we will be so enamored and amazed by God, we will no longer want anything or miss anything because we are in the presence of the creator.

Romans 8:21 does not say animals go to heaven but in the context of that chapter it's talking about living in Christ according to His spirit rather than living according to the flesh. And we long for Jesus return when all creation groaneth in pain due to the sin of this world. The disasters, the pain, the sin. We see all around us animals dying, weather calamities, all show us what sin has caused. And our great hope is to finally see our Savior return to finish the suffering and the death that sin caused. No where in the bible does it say animals go to heaven nor that they will be. The problem lies in making idols and gods out of our pets. That is breaking the first commandment. We should love God more then anything including animals. I recommend applying what Paul said in Philippians 2:12 to your life.

Our God is so awesome! He knows we love are pets. Are pets are a reflection somewhat of Gods love. You can abuse them and they still love you. I don’t put my dogs before God, but I will say that it would bring me such joy for them to join me in heaven. Since, there will be animals in heaven I wonder “ why not mine”. I decided I will just “ask “ or “petition” for my pet. He can do anything. I believe the devil loves us to be disappointed/depressed that we think God while deny us the presence of our animal. The devil is using this as a weapon because he knows that there are individuals who care/love there pets due to difficult situations that their pet has helped them through. Love God with all your hearts and just “ask”. If he can resurrect man-kind he can do it for animals. The Bible doesn’t tell us everything, but God is everything

The sound that represents all those children is so serious to me i can't even weep....is it possible to be so full of sorrow and shock that tears can not come? I'm so empathic person and listening to that sound fills my soul with dread, serious terror of hearing it. This is one of the wake up calls our species needs to really impress the seriousness of our lack of control over our thoughts desires and actions. Having god as our father is a gift and this is what people do to each other.
So i hear that sound and think all of those children that didn't even have a chance to be born and grow up to be a soldier to protect or a surgeon to repair or a doctor to diagnose or a pastor to help the unbelievers or that amazing uncle or grandparent...it can literally go on all those possibilities just gone like shooting a bb into a wall.
I want every pet I have ever had to know God they way the knew me. I want them to have that joy. I want to see it in their eyes and express in their hearts....and I want them to understand that I was just a poor reflection of who the real alpha is.

Furthermore, _all_ humans go down into the earth until the day of judgment. It’s what the Bible describes as Sheol. It’s divided in two places. One is with the Lord (Abraham’s Bosom) and is where the souls of the righteous dead dwell until Christ returns. The other side is across from that area and separated by a chasm, which cannot be crossed. That is where the unrighteous dead dwell until the Day of Judgment.

Well I don’t know. But one day not too long ago I was driving my car and came across a squirrel that had been hit. I wasn’t particularly feeling happy this day. And when I saw the squirrel, something told that it is ok. That God is taking care of him.
I don’t know why. I just felt it.

I have constantly asked God that my dogs are in heaven. I'd not be happy without my dogs in heaven. Of course, I want the focus to be on worshipping God and Jesus, but I want to see all my dogs, too. I need them there to be happy. I'm not happy without them. These guys are so mean. Animals are expressions of God's love.
If you love your pets more than God, then that'll be a problem.
However, if you love God enough, your rewards in heaven could mean anything, like having your pets.
I think the real answer is..nobody really knows. However, In God all things are possible. So pets in heaven, I say why not.

I think this context is a way to tell kids about the new heavens and earth. There will be animals there even though the Bible doesn't explicitly answer "will pets be in heaven"
Puppies do not represent the kindness of God. I'm not judging the man or saying I know more than he does. I'm just saying he is wrong.
Human infant babies are the face of God. Babies show how pure, meek, and unconditional love, peaceful, obedient, completely faithful Jesus is. How we must be like him to serve and worship him in spirit and truth. We must be obedient like a child, the only way we must remain forever to receive the holy word of God. To draw closer to Him and become more like him.
I was once there...thinking God didn't care. My husband demanded it and was giddy we were 'there'. My boss had many, said it was nothing...i was there...there is where Christians weigh in. They had their God forsaken posters of carnage...they shook them at me with rage. My thought was " don't they know how hard it was for me to do this?"... I needed some kindness somewhere, but it certainly was not 'there'.

For animal lovers this video was lacking in compassion. God is a good God. There is no reason why our pets won't be in heaven.
There is one Scripture. Solomon, says somewhere, Who are we to know whether an animal's soul descends never to arise and our souls ascends. Only God know these things but there WILL be a new heaven and a new earth.
I heard a story, which, to cut a long story short... God gave dog to mankind to love him unconditionally and dog put up with all man's imperfections ... and loved him but this made, man, too over sure of himself; even to the effect that he felt he didn't, need God.
So God sent cat. Who being mankind's owner, put man's perspective in the scheme of things - back into reality. So God was happy, man was happy and cat... and, cat could not give two hoots one way or the other. 😸lol.
