Just perfect thank you! I tried several other sources but none of them worked. This asked me an additional step to verify the Google account previously installed on the phone but since the SIM was the same was able to retrieve that as well. One more great thing about this is that the pacing is so perfect that I was able to do it along with you as you demoed it. Keep up the good work!

When press-on the power key and together with the volume down key. When the screen restarted and the Realme logo come out then I let go the power key but continued to press-on the volume down key. But it restart as per normal with lock screen mode. Sir, may I request from you that what shall I do now.
