I just the Panasonic last week. I live in NorCal and picked up KSL out of Salt Lake City during the the day on AM. Can't do that on my Grundig field radio. But analog tuning is the best for those weak stations digital tuning skips over. I also have a simple crystal radio with a long wire antenna that beats all of them.
No analog radio with IC instead of transistors in RF stage has clarity especially if beyond 3v. The best radios were manufactured during 1960s and 70s.
Kupiłem też takie samo radio do piwnicy odbiera nawet ze złożoną anteną Tylko jest jeden problem nie odbiera 1 programu polskiego radia na LW 225khz Producent powinien oto zadbać jak sprzedaje na danym rynku PS.Jestem bardzo zadowolony z tego Panasonica 😁🙂

Interesting that Amazon calls this Panasonic model "Best seller in portable Short Wave radios". Yet it does not have Short Wave reception.

The Panasonic 2400D is indeed a very good tuner with high volume. Money well spent.

I love only short wave and medium wave radio. I do not listen to fm.
