You went to the wrong beaches this video is wrong!! Why don’t you go to the best beaches and show the reality? Tamarin isn’t the most beautiful beaches! It’s grey it’s open sea there’s no coral reefs there and you will not see blue lagoon because there’s no lagoon there!!

The video is not wrong and the beaches are not wrong as well. Mauritius like all other countries from the world has pro and cons. Did you see the whole video or only the part with Tamarin??

You needed to visit Pointe d'Esny - La cambuse - Trou aux Biches - Riambel - Poste de Flacq next to St Geran - Baie du Tombeau - Balaclava - but like many ignorant tourists you didn't think to ask a Mauritian but stuck to the tourist guide book.

      Thank you for your feedback.
You know, every single place on this planet has its pro and con, there is not the best place, the best food etc., we really enjoyed this beaches from Sout West and East !
When we travel we show the reality of a place, never use any filter.
Could we ask you what you did not like at the beaches we visited?

@@wingstf You didn't visit the main beach at Tamarin, you needed to cross Black river to get to it, a unique and beautiful black lava soft sand beach offering the best body surfing on the island. Flic en Flac is an over crowded beach with a dead lagoon. Le Morne only has a nice Beach in front of the Le Morne hotel, the public beach at the southern tip is also over run and a kite surf base. Belle Mare is one of the most visited beaches by the locals who leave too much litter and the heavy traffic due to religious festivals like Ganesh has spoilt what was once a magnificent stretch of pristine white coral sand. If you are still on the island, you should try to discover La Cambuse east of the airport and Point d'Esny on the way to Blue Bay. Find the narrow foot paths that lead from the coast road down to the beach between the private residences, AND never forget that the sand beach between low tide and high tide is called crown land, and is owned by the government and therefore accessible to all including tourists. Where the grass starts is often private land and care should be taken not to trespass or cause a nuisance. to the owners. As well behaved tourists you can enter most hotels from the beach and enjoy a drink at the beach bar by paying in cash.

Just back myself from Mauritius, stayed at La Pirogue, in Flic en Flac…..beach was very rough covered with dead coral, very unlike our last visit in 2007…..reason, the island was hit by a Cyclone in January, and there were 3m waves crashing up the beach, leaving lots of coral….such is nature….it will recover and reset…. Wonderful island….back next year…

@@wingstf thank you….I have just subscribed to your excellent channel….great to see Romanians as well, my island of Jersey used to have many working here, great sense of humour and really nice folks…..such a shame that B word changed it all….many left….Jersey is not part of the UK, so we feel so cheated that we are no longer have freedom of Europe……anyway, great you also had a wonderful time in Mauritius, it was very hot and humid a few weeks ago, prefer November for a visit…lucky me, married to a half Mauritian and have family out there…..safe travels guys..thanks for sharing.
