Taylor Tomlinson knows the comedy scene super well. Too well, if you ask her. She's been through every single level of the comedy scene you can think of. Taylor's hometown and Southern California roots definitely contributed to her rise to fame and performing across the nation.
In prep for her tour Have It All, she tells StyleCaster, "I was sort of pretending that I liked being on my own. And now I actually mean it, which makes it better. I also think it's honest and vulnerable about the fact that, like, you do want both sides of life, you do want to be fulfilled in your career and you do want to be fulfilled in love and relationships."

Conan knew her talent right away. She's amazingly funny and fast with the punchlines.
I saw her talk about the tour with Conan - they have a very funny discussion about how she thought he owned the jet they were touring on. "Why would you think I own a jet?" "You've been on tv since I was a kid - why *don't* you own a private jet?"
She makes a very tough gig look effortless, and has great interaction with her audiences.
Her rapport with her audiences is the best I've ever seen. She's so funny, and so beautiful...Hollywood will be calling soon!
Nailed it. She's hosting a new late show announced last night.
Performed with her on a Tiny Island off California for 11 people. Major props to her for all of her success! She literally means she has performed for EVERY venue
Just scored the late night gig after Colbert. Impressive.
Everyone talks about the "Other Taylor" but this is the "Taylor" we should talk about. She's amazing. Also super cool to hear Conan was supportive .
Is it not possible to talk about both?
the thERApy tour
Both are pretty cool
we see you over there on the internet, comparing girls who are killing it
Well she's now the newest late night host on cbs so that's prolly gonna get people talking
Her skill set as a comedian is through the roof. For every scenario she doesn't just have one punch line - she has three or four. The audience doesn't finish laughing from one line before the next one comes out....then the next one...and the next one. And she goes at such a fast pace which requires tons of material and a great memory. I've never seen anything like her. She is a national treasure. P.S. And Taylor, sorry you have to go through therapy. If you could see you as we see you then you'd be totally secure in yourself. Wishing you the best.
Yes. I think she's going to end up being listed as one of the best ever. Her jokes are crafted perfectly and delivered perfectly. And she's quick off the cuff too. I couldn't see her latest tour at $45 a ticket. Next time she's around, I won't be able to afford her (F Ticketmaster and monopolies).
If she was secure in herself she probably wouldn't be this funny though lol
@@brainchild2197 It's a myth that you have to be messed up in the head to be a great comedian. She's bipolar, and in her recent special, she talks about getting treatment. She's very secure in herself and better than ever.
Well she's a smart, attractive woman. There would have been dozens of other career opportunities for her if she had always been this secure.
Bro is glazinggggg
Her and Conan are definitely my favorite comedians/ media personalities in general. They have a natural sense of humor that's really funny yet effortless.
this lady is gonna go far. we need to protect her at all cost
She's the new late night host after colbert.
@@LeoStaleythat is pretty damn far.
And she got there fast! lol
Taylor is special.
And I mean special in the way Robin Williams, Tig Notaro, Mitch Hedberg, Joan Rivers and George Carlin are special. She brings her own flavor of cuisine to the table, and that's hard to do. She has throughfulness and wit along with it, and she's barely just gotten started.
I kept my eye on her since a little before her Netflix special because she'd come up in my reels feed and all I could think was "she's different and she had better f**king get seen for it!"
This is awesome. :)
Taylor Tomlinson is a national treasure. Glad she shares her humor with us.
Just got back an hour ago from seeing Taylor here in Detroit. She's. the Bee's. Knees.
Yes, when I was in High School. Then, of course, Lunch. @@distractionb
We love you Taylor.
9 years' work to be an over-night success, outstanding!
More like 14 (started at 16, and she's 30 now) but I get the sentiment ;-)
i used to have a stylecaster but i swapped it for a les paul
Taylor, I'm a huge fan. I think your comedy is just so clever, so inventive and of course so funny! I'm happy you're getting the big-time recognition and don't have to do cruise ships or church basements anymore!😊
Your makeup and outfit and general aesthetic is phenomenal right now
Everything about her is awesome. She is so funny, entertaining, and smart, too. And, of course, she’s gorgeous. There are not many celebrities I would want to meet, but she is one of the few I would if given the opportunity.
please stop being so very darling Taylor.
She's one of the best!
A belated Happy Birthday to Taylor. Hope it was an enjoyable one. 🍻
would love to hear more about what was bad about cruise ship stand-up. Always been curious about that.
She talked about it on Conan’s show/podcast. Cruise ship is all inclusive. The audience didn’t pay to see her; there are kids around. Sometimes it’s just at the piano bar where people come and go, yet she had to do a 45-minute set. From the sound of it, not a professional/fun environment.
thankyou!! Bill Burr (I think) has a funny bit on it too, how people were just sleeping cuz everyone is so drunk most of the time, and people drop off their grandparents at shows while they hit up other parts of the ship. Thanks again@@mhawang8204
She looks like a bunny rabbit in this video… like Thumper’s sister. She’s adorable.
She not gonna fuck you bro
She is so funny and beautiful!
“Edit my path.”
A synopsis of Taylor talking of how she came to be, for those too impatient to view her entire -confession- life story.
(00:08) Are you asking me how babies are made? (00:34) I´ve done pretty much every type...: corporate, cruiseships, churches, colleges.... (00:42) Everywhere you could perform, I have performed there. (00:46) Then, when I was 25, I got... a _huge_ surprise to me... (01:18) the first time I did Conan. (01:24) Conan´s the best!... He´s everything you want him to be. (01:42) He probably did this with everybody. (01:01) I don´t know that I would start in _church,_ though,... and no cruiseships, either. (01:12) _Edit my path._
Done, and done! _You´re welcome._
it's a 2 minute video, what is the point of transcribing it
@@JoeLyoutube1111 You didn´t bother to read and understand my comment before you replied.
@@brianhiles8164I meant like what is the point of adding time stamps and highlights from a 2 minutes video, I didn’t mean you literally transcribed it

for the humor, dude.
It always makes me so happy when you hear stories of famous people being nice. I mean, why not be nice? A rich famous asshole is THE WORST! Almost as disgusting as a corrupt politician.
John Candy channelling his inner Yoda for advice had similar message. There is no try in comedy. You are or are not a comic.
God She's Gorgeous!!!
Sam Kinison started in church.
You got to be you by copying Amy Shumer and Chelsea Handler...followed by copying the pretentious and snobbish attitudes of the times that you all think is cute. No.
Taylor looks very much like an owl.
What's going on with that blouse.🤔
Life’s been hard on me, I’ve grown bitter about most of it, I’ve tried watching her standup comedy many times, I just do not see most women as “Funny” I believe they’re presented on stage because they are pretty. She’s cringy and easy on the eyes. I have seen funny woman, they’re not known for or trying to be funny though.
