I can never get tired of this sound
Liking this very much : )
Very great job ! Cheers
techno gut, alles gut!
I agree :)
Just great!!! ✌🏻❤️
absolutely awesome, liked it for real
Excellent as always! Glad you mentioned the TR-8S in the title, otherwise I would have been scratching my head trying to figure out how to get all those different sounds out of my DFAM haha :P
I mean, you can get all those different sounds out of a DFAM, it just takes a lot of patching and tweaking and you can't easily overlap them since the DFAM is monophonic.
🤘🤘Nice !! Lots of fun with these machines
Yes they are super fun!
Great Techno vibes :D
This is just brilliant, you really get techno.
Thanks!!!
I really like your improvisations!
Thanks, improvisation is fun, even better if someone likes the outcome :)
love it!
Yeah!!!! 👏👏👏

I am scared to press play on the videos... I know it is going to be captivating.....geeez
Hooked again.
As a fellow synthhead i really like this :D.
Thanks!
Fucking awesome bro just awesome 👏

It’s sounds great in.my car and it’s inspiring as hell to keep working on my m32 Keep it up make more please
nice
WOW!!!
Nice
THAT KICK HHHHHHHHNNNNNNNNGGGGGGG
Mint dude! Thinking of selling a kidney and getting the DFAM, M32, SubH trifecta...
That kick is nice and punchy! Is that a patch from the TR-8S or coming from the DFAM? Thx for the content :)
❤️💣
I've just discovered de DFAM and your channel, great! I love it and I just ordered a DFAM... One question; where did you get the support brackets for the DFAM and mother 32?
Thanks! Hmm, i got the brackets used but I think Thomann might have them
@@SainiElisabet thanks! you're right, found them at Thomann 😉👍🏻
@@TripianaVids great! 😊
Heh, the DFAM and M32 appear to be playing opposite roles in the beginning there.
Hey I've got a DFAM now too! :D I'm trying to sync it to the clock in ableton via a SQ1. It works fine but each step is now 8th note long. Do u know how to divide it up to 16th note per step?
oh great! congrats for getting a DFAM! I have never synced it with a DAW so I'm afraid I'm not much of a help
Saini Elisabet no problem! So when you sync the dfam to the Tr8s is it 16 note per step?
@@strangerting7818 I can choose on TR-8S which steps send a clock advance trigger so usually I have it send it on every step, so when TR-8S advances a step, so does DFAM. hope this helped
Saini Elisabet many thanks!
Congrats on the live! I was thinking purchasing hardware as your current set up except for drum machine. What do you think of Jomox Alphabase or MBF Tanz over the TR8S?
Alphaphase and tanzbär are both great machines, a bit different sounding so it's just a matter of preference. The piece of hardware behind the moogs id an SQ1 sequencer. It's a handy little sequencer for live sequencing :)
Thank you. I did not see any keyboard in your semi modular set up any reason for that? Any added value to purchase a keyboard like Moog Grand mother? Do you need a mixer in your set up? Sorry for all my questions but you sound like what I would like to achieve. Cheers
@@touiarrial5823 no worries, discussing gear is always fun :) i don't use keyboard for techno, I like to experiment with sequencers. Keyboard gets me easily to some cheesy melodies so I find it easier to not use it and it takes up space. I do have a small arturia keystep if i sometimes feel like using a keyboard. But this is just a workflow that suits me, many people like to have a keyboard in their set and perhaps they play it live etc. And yes mixer is needed, i have a behringer xenyx ufx mixer
Thank you. I have been looking at other videos where you are using Elektron. Would you recommend to go for the Moog set up or the Elektron one?
@@touiarrial5823 I'm quite an elektron fan, they are great for making complete live sets and therefore good for gigging too. Moogs are good for improvisation and creating cool sounds. They are very fun to use. Why not get one elektron and one moog, you'd get the best of both worlds
What is the hardware between your Moogs and your mixer? Cannot see the TR8S on the video. Thanks!
korg sq-1 step sequencer
Any external effect on the DFAM? Great jam as always!
might be some slight reverb from the mixer but nothing else
@@SainiElisabet sounds great.
Hey man! Love the vibe, I have the exact same setup but cannot get them all to sync :( could you share how you did this?? Thanks!
I think i had tr-8s trigger out go to dfam clock advance and dfam trigger out go to sq-1 sync in which controls mother 32. I'm on the go so i can't check the exact routing from the video nor from my gear but something like this
@@SainiElisabet ah thanks! Any ideas on how to get the dfam to start at the beginning when stopping and starting the Tr8s each time ?
@@Bodjet99 i don't think it's possible without an extra sequencer for dfam because dfam doesn't have a reset input :(
@@Bodjet99when u sync it from the M32 the red light on the DFAM sequencer must be on the last step, by doing do when u will press play from the tr8s the DFAM will start then playing from the first step
Damn. Around 8:50 shit gets REAL.
I hope you'll come to Stockholm eventually.
Thanks! Luckily Stockholm isn't very far, so let's hope this will happen one day!
🔥🔥🔥🔥Do you you sequence the Mother with the SQ1?
Yes, I prefer that kind of sequencer over the M32 one
@@SainiElisabet Thank you for reply
Saini Elisabeth - all ways soooo tasty
