Pro-tip: Always pose a question on a difference or a possible (or known) error as if you as the auditor are wrong and would like clarification. This gives the client the chance to realize its wrong on their own and come to that conclusion without you accusing them. I then like to add a "shocked face" to really sell it (JK). In all seriousness, this approach gets around the confrontation that may ensue if you come at the client with "you are wrong". It also prevents the egg on your face if you are actually wrong (happened to me a lot early on in my career). Great list and video Heaven!
That's exactly what I do, because I have been wrong before and there can often be a misunderstanding! But yes, a good tip for auditors. A similar tip to staff - to not always assume you're right either haha it goes both ways for sure!
Good info! And, the setup - contrasting white wall behind the medium-colored sweater - is a great background. Also, minor factor and totally not important, but your eye makeup looks really great! The lightly-applied eyeliner below the liquid top liner is really flattering :)
Hi, I'm from Brazil, thank you for your video. I work as QMS auditor for some years, and now I'm going to do a curse about skills for auditors in the England. If you or anyone interested in this issue would like keeping in touch it would be my pleasure talking to you!
Hey Heaven, I am looking at pursuing a career in Accounting but the more I look at the study material the more scared and intimidated I feel. I was wondering whether you could shed any light on any information you think that any potential new entrant to the industry would benefit from. Thanks in advance.
Since leadership qualities are great for any business job, I focused more on a quality of a leader that will stand out in an auditor - being assertive. But yes, leadership is great!
I liked your vlog! You totally have to put out more vlogs! You need to most definitely film with the lit Bad Friends. They are the most turnt group in the world and they do crazy stuff every time. Go check out their UA-cam out and give the boys a like! 👉 #BadFriendsTheMovie

I don't recall you mentioning leadership; is that a characteristic that a young auditor cultivate?
