I agree with you! I was devastated by the series loss as a 13-year-old fan. Still haunts me to this day, as a 54-year-old Warriors buff.

Jack Ramsay’s contract was not renewed after this game although he had led the Braves to three playoff appearances in his four years at the helm. No problem. Portland hired him and he won the NBA championship in ‘77.
