Give these soldiers good incentives eg quality weapons, enough food materials, salaries and guarantee them the fact that if in the course fighting for their country, they loose their lives, their wives, children and parents will not suffer unnecessarily, these men will be good to go. Soldiers are brave and fearless. Once they handle riffle their morale is high even at face of death but their greatest fear is what happens to members of their families if they're gone especially with the kind of our Nigeria system of govt. Boko Haram is a money making machine for some people. Agree or not, you can't claim to be fighting insurgency with military officers who are only there to make money. Philippine was faced with insurgency, their government rose to the occasion and eliminated it within 6months. So why is Nigeria's fight against insurgency and terrorism different?
