I have been living in Mt.Dora. over 20years. On Lincoln Ave. My family owned most of the land in East town. They were also teachers. If you want to know the true history of My.Dora. My family is part of the true history of Mt.Dora. Their names and pictures are in the pictures. They are never talked about. Instead outside foolishness is always comes and think they can buy and take over everything. Sweets. Funny.Mostly all the elderly in Mt. Dora has Diabetes. They closed the groceries stories for foolishness. I use to work at Lakeside inn. A place that needs so much work. The workers are overworked and underpaid.
Be careful if you visit Mt. Dora. Check out Jeff Gray's visit to Mt. Dora. Look on UA-cam. Jeff Gray was placed in handcuffs by Mt. Dora police and then released 20+ minutes later. Gray was standing at the M.T. Bland library and holding a sign, "God bless the homeless vet." Director of the library called police using 911. Police assumed he was trespassed and put Gray in handcuffs and in back of a police car. Another librarian said that Gray was blocking people from entering the library. Gray is suing the Mt. Dora police, I believe. Certainly apparent that the police lack training.
As a Mount Dora resident, I enjoyed the video, good choices.
You have one of them iconic narrative voices.
Not sure about “iconic”, but thank you!

Very nice video, I like that you focused on the actual town whereas I like to watch Altemlife for restaurant reviews 👍
There is a huge Art festival in town in February draws >200,000 and it is very crowded. Busing from the school is recommended.
Awesome thanks 😊
