I used this deck for a while. Just loved having a win condition other than the normal one. Definitely doesn't make friends after a few matches, but the first time you see it it is pretty cool
I have played against similar decks several times. I haven't lost to one yet, but I also haven't played against one with Ruin Mode. For what the deck is trying to do, that 1-2 turn stall with Ruin Mode is huge. Getting into Ruin Mode without dying first is tricky though considering that you're digivolving in the open with no protection. It's a good deck in concept with a unique strategy, and your build is probably as good as it gets.
I really feel like it needs 4 Pup mem boost, have running mine with both 4 mem boost and 4 trainings and never break, been thinking the possibility of taking out 2 pup mem boost and tucking in 2 death slinger, but never been in the possition of needing to kill something, and when I needed, they had protection.
to trash cards from your opponents deck. one of your win conditions being: your opponent has an empty deck, and lose the game when they cannot draw at the beginning of their turn.
Tips for this deck: BlackGrowlmon is the best card in the deck, either return a WarGrowl (to evolve on top of this) or another BlackGrowl (so u can evolve over the Guil that WarGrow summons. When Wargrow dies, return BlackGrowl to hand. For the early game preferably make 1 stack on the field to fill your grave, u can use Alice to sacrifice the Guilmon that Gallant summon so u can go to Lilith without passing turn. It is also fine to just use Memory Boosts when u have an empty field, dont use them if you can save them for the combo. -Late game u want to make 2 stacks of Lilith and use Alice to sacrifice the first (used) Lilith stack, then keep evolving on top of the Guilmons WarGrowl summon. U can return Calling to return Lilith + whatever piece to hand.
-ShineGreyRuin will save your ass so many times, remember it will kill anything that gets out of raising if they dont meet the DP threshold. Be careful w Blast Evolutions and security bombs, sometimes it's better to swing to a suspended Digimon instead. -Gigimon is not useless, we are playing very few Rookies so it's important to have a purple Digi so u can play your Option Cards -For Mulligan you want at least 1 Guil 1 BlackGrowl, or if you fail that, searcher memory boosts (I also play purple Training). We only have 4 Ultimates (WarGrowl) but BlackGrowl can bring them back so dont fret if you mill then. -Memory blockers are a pain in the ass, as Mario said kamikaze EX3 Guilmon to remove them, just like w Ruin Mode, sometimes is best to just crash against a Digimon on the field instead of security.
Gotta have friends to lose friends.

I been using this deck for a while and is so much fun seeing people's soul leave their eyes. Some matchups are almost unwinnable tho
The Playmat is what does the magic for me 😂
I'm so glad alternate win decks are finally becoming a thing in digimon and they arent FTK infinite draw exodia garbage like in yugioh.
Instead of ruin i run zwart because of budget issues
fun suggestion and budget friendly try 1 apocalymon been having a blast with it cause i run 2 ghoulmon
@@stevenmoonstar5935 mm that dose sound fun

i ended up switching in another ghoulmon and 1 apocalymon cause evolve to ghoul then apoc then put another ghoul from trash under is to funny.
I actually have added a 2 2 line of leviamon that has been successfully for me.
Can we see a Sunday showdown with this deck? :)
