I love when you let the camera roll when you're experimenting. Thanks for sharing! Some double sided adhesive sheets will turn that lovely painted-on brown scrap paper into diy washi as well; I'd guess it would work the same though make a thicker strip or piece.
The Coliro colours that Jen was using today, for those that do calligraphy, can also be used with a dip pen. The Postman's Knock has a how-to video - if you look for the "how to use the finetec pallet to write gold calligraphy" you'll get it (its an old video, about 5 years old). Finetec is what Coliro used to be called. The same technique can be done with other metallic watercolours too. Finetec/Coliro also do a HUGE range of colours. If you're UK based then the Scribblers website is a good place to buy them - you can buy individual colours there (if you only want the one) as well as empty pallettes and build up a range of your own colours, you don't have to buy a set. Be warned tho, this time of year they sell out quick on particular colours, esp golds!
I just checked the Ranger website and the PDF is there for the plan Distress Inks. You have to touch the picture of the Distress Inks and the PDF’s will appear and you have to tap on the first PDF. Hope that helps.☺️
If you use vellum which is what most people would have what do you ut on the back to make it sticky ? I saw you said something about double sided tape ? That would cost a lot
