- Orion 7's, New Flyer D35LF's, D40LF's, C40Lf's, C40LFR's and XN40's of various age and fueled with either diesel or CNG are seen in this video. Shot in various locations around Atlanta, GA.
New Flyers are my favorite. Especially the D40LF's.
Great video of Orion and New Flyer Bus actions at Atlanta.
I really love the new flyers
The low floor models are cool but the xcelsiors look disgusting.
charlie barnett understandable
Good
@@Mrcharles. I find them decent, besides I rode them one time. I actually live here in Atlanta so I grew up with all of these buses shown
@@brandonwings541 Well I guess I’m an old timer when it comes to busses than. Personally New Flyer should’ve stuck with the restyled version over the Xcelsior but then again bus models have to change overtime.
those orions are awesome
I agree.
Nice vid. The buses are kept nice and clean from the outside anyway, unlike so many of our fleet here in Miami-Dade County (MDT). SMH.
Interesting! :)
They have Atlanta buses at north drill hills
I like the 2007 C40LFs with the John Deere engine.
I really like the orions and new flyer d40lfs with the dd50 engine. They are very loud.
I have to head back down there. I was too focused on Xcelsiors, I missed getting a lot more of the other buses.

@@brandonwings541 but I do hope to see #2701 #2857 eventually tho
@@UniqueStuff833 same man
I think somewhere in Atlanta they have an old bus museum, where it shows the old bus fleet that Marta had, I think they’re showing 2701 there
Nice 👍👍👍
What bus route is local and which bus route is express
Impressive! I was a regular rider on the Houston, Texas "Metro" system from Monday morning, January 7'th, 1985 until Friday evening, March 21'st, 1989. www.ridemetro.org
cool.shots
Like it
Nice video but how come the buses don't have a rear route sign.
They do now
They do now
At first they didn’t want signs until the xcelsiors
Interesting observation! :)
I remember the D35 units back since 92 were the first MARTA buses in the fleet to ever get them. I always thought they looked so cool, hip and urban with them too 😎
I'm from the UK & I'd like to say that American buses look totally weird compared to the buses here
They do.
@@Jayayess1190 and why do buses in America have there exhausts on the roof
@@alanbaker2347 According to Quora, it is to keep the exhaust away from pedestrians. Some buses here do still have ground exhausts.
@@Jayayess1190 Ok that's really cool
