DIY - Covering your cake board with fondant

In this video I will show you how I cover a cake board with fondant and glue a ribbon on to the edge.
Why should you do this?
1. It makes the board nicer than if it's covered with foil
2. Any fondant decorations you want to put on the board will stick better
3. It makes your cake stand out and look nice if you color coordinate the board.
4. You save money on making your own instead of buying the expensive drums. (If you are making a heavy cake, than yes invest in an expensive drum.)
