Thanks Susan. I always enjoy your videos. I've been having trouble adding videos to my portfolio, but I think you just gave me an idea as to why. I didn't know the videos had to be less than 50MG. I keep trying to add them and get nothing. Not even an error message. So thanks!
Hi Gary, You're welcome! 50 mb is not that big. So try to keep any video down around 30 secs. Or compress it to make it smaller. (I don't actually know how to compress videos. But fortunately for us there's a slew of Fiverr sellers who do!! 😁)
thank you susan for this video :) as a new seller i have nothing to show yet so its been hard to get any business and to build a portfolio without having anything to show it definitely takes time

I just started my new gig on Fiverr and I don't see a portfolio section for new sellers. Am I overlooking something please help
No, you are not overlooking anything. Your portfolio becomes active as soon as you reach level 1 status. Here's how to get to Level one: Be an active seller for at least 60 days
Complete at least 10 orders (all time)
Earn $400 or more
Maintain a 4.7-star rating over 60 days
Deliver a 90% response rate score over 60 days
Score a 90% order completion rate over 60 day
Achieve a 90% on-time delivery score over 60 days
Receive no warnings over 30 days
Before you are level one however, be sure to have all your thumbnails tell a good story about your service and have two pdfs to showcase your work. You'll get to level one status very soon. Don't worry.
