nice pocket clip lol. btw it's easier to tap-click the T1 pro into turbo than doing the on-off-on. This way I don't really see a problem of it not being a self defense light, you'll learn to do it fast enough
The t1 pro tac I received has a bleeding beside the beam like a flower 🌸 not sure if they changed something or it’s a defect cuz it does get warm pretty quick as well.
I chose the third option, T1 pro V2. The reason is that the 1AA middle mode has a runtime of 24h. The price to pay is a drop to 26 lumens. One of the reasons I chose the V2 is because the T1 pro was not available, but I am happy with it.
@FlashLight Crazy I heard they are changing the LED in the T1 PRO. Have you heard about this? If it is true I wonder if the specs (lumens, candela, color temp) will be the same.
Anymore anywhere could require tac. Crazy world. But I think you did not mention one of the biggest differences. The tac has no medium mode. Just low and high. That is a big no for me. I get the coming on in high first, thus making it tactical, but having a medium would have made it more edc friendly. Many, like me, use medium more than anything else. Seems a huge miss to me and why I wont get either. The pro color and clip are not for me and the no medium on tac is a no. Bummer. Maybe down the road they will add it. Good video. Appreciated the beam shot comparisons.
They put the more EDC-friendly emitter on the Pro Tac and the more defensive emitter on the Pro.
Exactly what I was thinking.

The pro looks brighter...love osram emitters. Good vid.
Love the tac! It’s been my recent daily (with the added bb7 extension tube) the last couple weeks and man it can take a beating

what is the difference between the pro and the V2? they don't mention it on the website
The warmer led takes my vote. I am sold on the T1 pro tac.

They use Cree XPP emitters.
The T1 Pro TAC would be better with the cooler tint as tactical light. And for edc the warmer tint would be better.
I wish the Pro came with the 5000K emitter.
Yes, the pro tint makes the objects appear "brighter" being more white looking.
